    Keema pao, Lucknow Galouti Melt

I loved the ambience and the atmosphere in general. The staff is very very friendly. The food has a very genuine and authentic awadhi taste. Their vada pav, cold coffee, mutton biriyani, mutton keema pao and aloo tikki are all must trys and definitely worth it.

REVIEW: The delicacy and finesse of AWADHI CUISINE from LUCKNOW meets the URBAN BOLLYWOOD SWAG of BOMBAY CHAAT at the PAGE 3 EATERY in McKinney, Texas....Check it out! There are restaurants... and then there are places that feel like a collision of cultures, stories, and flavors. PAGE 3 EATERY by Restauranteur ANSHUL SINGHAL (RANBIR BRAR's senior in their Culinary School in Lucknow) and Chef MAYUR MHATRE from Mumbai belongs to the latter -- a vibrant, chillaxed, almost cinematic space where the refined elegance of Lucknow's Mughlai cuisine meets the unapologetic swagger of Bombay street food. To truly appreciate what they're doing here, you have to appreciate the two worlds they're bringing together. LUCKNOWI (AWADHI) cuisine is "poetry on a plate" -- slow-cooked, nuanced, deeply aromatic. Think DUM PUKHT, where dishes are sealed and cooked gently to coax out layers of flavor... kebabs so delicate they melt at the mere suggestion of touch... gravies rich, but never loud. Contrast that with BOMBAY CHAAT, which is pure adrenaline -- bold, tangy, spicy, chaotic in the best possible way. From the crunch of a perfectly assembled vada pav to the sweet-spicy explosion of chaat, it's food that doesn't whisper -- it sings. And then you step into Page 3 Eatery... and somehow, these two worlds don't clash -- they dance. The menu feels like a carefully curated conversation between tradition and rebellion. You'll discover the unmistakable legacy of AWADHI CUISINE -- the depth, the slow cooking, the attention to detail -- but layered with the playful irreverence of the streets of MUMBAI. A kebab might carry that signature Lucknowi softness, but be elevated with textures and flavors that remind you of a bustling Mumbai sidewalk. A chaat-inspired creation might surprise you with an underlying richness that hints at royal kitchens. It's fusion, yes -- but not forced. It feels intentional, thoughtful, and most importantly, respectful to both culinary legacies. Loved the VADA PAU, PAU BHAJI, and BHEL PURI (the finest we have had in this town), the MALAI TIKKA, the FISH TIKKA, the GALAWATI KEBABS, the KEEMA KULCHA, the CHUR CHUR NAAN, and the LUCKNOW style MUTTON BIRYANI / PULAO all of which we highly recommend. The "Piece de Resistance" for us was the MUTTON (GOAT, not LAMB) CHOPS, which are truly the finest we have had in this town, and cannot leave without having an encore! For Dessert, the KESAR PISTA MALAI KULFI, the SHAHI TUKDA, and especially the JALEBI A LA RABDI are highly recommended. For our Bengali friends, the Espresso flavored ROSSOGOLLA may evoke 'mixed emotions' including sacrilege, so invite you to check it out and let me know your thoughts in the thread below. What stood out to me was how the experience mirrors the cities themselves. LUCKNOW invokes patience and indulgence-- to savor, to appreciate subtlety and finesse. BOMBAY triggers energy -- to gratify, to embrace boldness and adventure. And at PAGE 3 EATERY, you get both. One moment you're leaning into the richness of a dish that feels almost regal... the next, you're hit with a burst of spice, crunch, and nostalgia that takes you straight to Marine Drive or a crowded street-side stall in 'AAMCHI MUMBAI'. Because in the end, PAGE 3 EATERY isn't just serving food -- it's telling a story. A tale of two cities, two culinary philosophies, and one bold idea: that tradition and innovation don't have to compete... they can coexist beautifully on the same plate. Since it was our first time, he took the time to walk us through the options, really listened to what we were in the mood for, and made great suggestions. We had the Hungry Bowl with chicken and gyro, and it was excellent. The fries were crispy, thick-cut, and so good. The dolma was flavorful, and the walnut and almond baklava was a perfect dessert. My favorite was the rose water drink. It had such a nice subtle flavor and was not too sweet. Between the delicious food and Zee's friendly, attentive service, this was a fantastic first visit. Looking forward to coming back.

I tried both the wrap and the salad bowl, and while the portions were solid, the flavor of the meat was pretty middle of the road at best. The spices and seasoning just felt bland overall and neither dish really stood out. The sauces were definitely the highlight and added a lot more flavor than the meat itself. One small thing that also felt odd was getting water in a tiny plastic Dixie cup. Not a deal breaker, but it added to the overall average experience. Decent value for the money, just wish the food had more seasoning and flavor depth. Clean inside....

Ambiance 1 STAR Came in on a Sunday afternoon. It was a bit busy, but the tables were DIRTY. Please make sure someone is wiping down the dining area tables and keeping it tidy. On the way out after I finished eating. A gentleman finally came out to clean the tables. Service 3 STARS The staff were pleasant. When I needed ketchup or honey packs. They quickly obliged me. Food 2 STARS I chose a combo with a slider, one chicken finger and fries. I opted for the regular slider since there are no more mini sliders. It was just too thick to eat. I think they were a bit stingy with the slaw. The fries were decent. The chicken tender was juicy, but very average. Not sure if it's this location. Since I usually visit Plano. I wasn't happy with my meal at all. I left unsatisfied and not full. My meal looked better than what it tasted.
