I only had knowledge of the appetizer and was pleasantly surprised with the other three courses. Lynn's courses are great fun from beginner to advanced students. When we started preparing the meal everything was set up for us and the instructions were very prominent. Lynn is an excellent instructor and really helped my partner with her confidence in the kitchen. After we were done cooking Lynn had the table set to enjoy this wonderful and easy meal. We had more conversations about life and how she came about to start the class as well as a few more tips on making quick and healthy meals during the week. Overall I give Lynn top marks on her skills, presentation, & hospitality. From the moment we stepped foot in her home, to the time we left I felt the true warmth that you usually only receive from family. People there have always been curteous and professional, this one however clearly hates her job and should be replaced immediately. She is really bad for your business. As I was going back to my car I was so grateful to the sweetest most precious little girl that rolled her window down and said hello with a giant smile.
