I was 36, single, and not even sure if I wanted kids, but I wanted the option to have them if Mr Right ever showed up. She was so compassionate, funny, down to earth and kind that I continued to see her for regular exams. Her all-female staff and spa-like exam rooms turn what is usually an uncomfortable doctor visit into a welcoming, supportive environment. At 38, I casually mentioned a dull, numb pain in my right breast. Even though I was two years away from the recommended age of mammograms and had no family history of breast cancer, Dr D sent me to get a mammogram. Two months after my wedding (Mr Right DID show up!), I was diagnosed with HER2+ Stage 2 breast cancer. Dr D not only called me lot tell me herself, but she told me that she'd already called the top breast cancer surgeon at UCLA and gotten me an appointment for the next day - on the surgeon's day off. Additionally, she'd already told the surgeon that she wanted to do an additional egg retrieval/embryo preservation before I started treatment. I got the news that I had cancer on Tuesday and I started my retrieval meds that Friday. Dr D also reached out on my behalf to non-profits that aid breast cancer patients with the high cost of fertility treatments since my insurance wouldn't cover any of it. For years, Dr D walked alongside me, supporting my women's health needs as well as my spirits. She continued to guide our fertility journey and made recommendations for acupuncturists and non-traditional methods. Of course, she used the most recent data from the scientific fertility world as well. When the time came to face the reality that my body just had been through too much and that we could only have a baby via surrogate, she was caring, nurturing and honest. She guided us through the complicated process during the even more complicated time of covid. I'm thrilled to share that, at 45, I am cancer-free, healthy and the mother of a perfect baby boy, made from one of those eggs we froze back in 2014. Dr D made a speech at our baby shower that still gets people emotional when we talk about it. We are now starting our sibling journey with the same surrogate and with Dr D's guidance and friendship. We know that we would not have our family without Dr D. It didn't happen in the way we planned or hoped that it would, but it happened in a way that will give our children one hell of an origin story! I also know that I would not be alive today if she hadn't encouraged me to get the mammogram I thought I didn't need. She truly is the most caring, most thorough doctor I've ever had and I feel so fortunate to have her in my life.

From the very beginning, Dr. Lee was straightforward and transparent about expectations, outcomes, and options. Unlike some clinics that give false hope just to move you along or take your money, Dr. Lee tells you the truth--clearly, compassionately, and respectfully. That honesty builds real trust, which is everything during such an emotional journey. The IVF program itself is extremely well-organized and thoughtfully designed. Every step is explained, every visit feels purposeful, and the follow-up care is consistent and thorough. You never feel rushed, forgotten, or left wondering what comes next. Each appointment builds on the last, and the staff is always prepared and attentive. Most importantly, you can genuinely feel that Dr. Lee and his team care--not just about results, but about you as a person. The staff is kind, supportive, and responsive, making a very stressful process feel manageable and human. They are with you every step of the way. If you are looking for an IVF clinic that values honesty, professionalism, organization, and truly caring patient-centered care, I cannot recommend Dr. Lee and his staff highly enough.

I paid over $300 for a prenatal massage here and left feeling frustrated and completely unsatisfied. I came in specifically for lower back pain relief, and despite asking the therapist at least four times to use more pressure, the massage stayed extremely light the entire time. I've had many massages, including prenatal ones, so I know my expectations are reasonable. What made it worse was how my requests were handled. At one point the therapist told me that "if you haven't had a massage in a while your nerves might be asleep," which felt dismissive and didn't really make sense. She then said she would "just press and hold in places" rather than actually massage. That's not what I paid for, especially at this price point. It was clear she was inexperienced, and while everyone starts somewhere, a specialized prenatal setting with premium pricing isn't the place for that learning curve. When I followed up afterward, I was quickly passed off to a business manager via text with very little acknowledgment of my concerns. Their own receptionist had already admitted the therapist was new and less experienced, so the lack of follow-through felt tone-deaf. The owner did eventually offer a full refund, but the way it was handled felt even more dismissive, basically making it clear I wasn't welcome back. Overall this experience was overpriced, underwhelming, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would not return.

From the start, Dr. Quinn welcomed us and took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, answered any questions we had in a clear and thoughtful way, and didn't dismiss anything my husband or I brought up. She was highly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. The staff there were all so warm and welcoming as well, from check-in to various interactions. Having gone through this experience, having her be so calm throughout really helped prevent us from feeling overwhelmed or anxious throughout the process, given our difficulty with pregnancy prior to our visiting them. We felt confident that we were going to be in good hands. Each visit, we felt like we were there for a good amount of time, without rushing us through. Josephine truly made a lasting impression on us. She was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we understood instructions, medications, and next steps. Her warmth and responsiveness helped ease so much anxiety, and we always felt comfortable reaching out to her with questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel cared for, not just as patients, but as people. The office itself is a clean, efficient space and staff there had a high level of professionalism and empathy. They have signs posted at the elevators mentioning that while they love children, to please not bring them into the space as they can be a source of discomfort for folks having trouble conceiving. I found Dr. Quinn through a recommendation in a Facebook group, and it may be the best recommendation I've ever received. She is, without question, the best doctor I've ever had. My wife and I often joke that we wish she could be our primary care physician because we would trust her with absolutely everything. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what truly sets her apart is her compassion. She is the most empathetic physician I've ever met. Early in our journey, we learned that my wife had very low ovarian reserve despite being quite young. Suddenly, the path we thought would be simple became much more difficult and uncertain. Over the course of her treatment, we completed four retrievals. We had success with our first retrieval, experienced disappointment with our second and third, and recently completed our fourth. We were overjoyed to learn that we now have three frozen embryos from my wife's retrievals and this part of our journey has finally come to a close. Anyone who has gone through fertility treatment knows it can be an emotional, painful, and often lonely experience. Throughout every setback, every anxious wait, and every difficult conversation, Dr. Quinn, her nurse Josephine, and the entire HRC Fertility team treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They made an incredibly challenging process feel as manageable and painless as possible. I cannot thank Dr. Quinn, Josephine, and the entire HRC team enough. They helped us through one of the most difficult experiences of our lives, and we'll always be grateful for their expertise, support, and compassion.

It was an incredibly emotional and difficult time in my life. My OB highly recommended Incinta, and because I trusted my doctor, my husband and I scheduled a consultation right away.
