10/10 experience! I recently went here for a standard cleaning and it was my first time at this dentist. Long story short, everything was great and this will definitely be my primary dentist going forward. I was able to book an appointment with only a couple days notice, which made it really easy to get seen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Dr. Fadi was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, answered all my questions, and made the whole visit feel easy. The dental hygienist was amazing as well. The cleaning was very smooth and there was no pain at all, which is always nice when getting your teeth cleaned. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One thing I also really appreciated was that everyone was friendly and helpful, but they also didn't try to carry a whole conversation while actively working on my teeth, which honestly was great because you can't really answer anyway. After my first consult and I was told I would need over $5k in procedures, as in multiple filings, a root canal, gum regeneration, and a deep cleaning. I thought it was weird since I took decent care of my oral hygiene but I got scared and said yes to everything bc it had been a while I seen a dentist. Came in for my first cleaning and oh my god, I never been in that much pain in a dentist office before, including when I had to get multiple wisdom teeth out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dentist also seemed like she was upset about how much "work" I needed?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If just cleaning hurt that much, ain't no way I was coming back to get a root canal here. Went to a different dentist, and was told all I needed was ONE filling and a cleaning (mentioned I had just gotten one in a different place and was told I had stains and some buildup in the back of my mouth that they recommended getting take care of). Ended up spending 1/8 of the money I was originally quoted. Moral of the story? Second opinion is everything. Can't say I would recommend Dental center to anyone. read more

Went out of my way to visit a well reviewed dentist, and Doctor Elzayat and his team did not disappoint. Making an appointment was so easy, the staff here is so friendly and personable. Originally I just went in for a checkup and cleaning, but was told I should probably have my wisdom teeth removed (which I was informed they did there), so I went back for this procedure. I was under the impression that I would be put under, but was actually told when I arrived it would be done using local anesthesia (injections) and I would be awake the whole time. I was nervous, and obviously the procedure was not FUN, I don't think anyone could have a good time getting their teeth ripped out of their mouth, but the care I received was absolutely top notch. Despite having to receive MULTIPLE injections in my gums, I felt almost no pain. The whole procedure in fact was relatively painless. Uncomfortable, as I mentioned, but literally did not hurt at all. Dr. Elzayat is clearly well practiced and his technique is precise. After the procedure I followed the care instructions pretty carefully, and I recovered very well. Almost no swelling at all, and my pain was almost nonexistent after 48 hours. All in all they took great care of me and I definitely recommend this dentist! read more

I hate leaving bad reviews, so I'll start with the good- if you need a general cleaning, this place is totally fine. But don't come here for a root canal- seek a specialist. I got 2 root canals done here- both were "failed" I.e. the infection was not cleared (found this out when I found out they stopped taking Delta Dental & went to a new dentist for clear correct. The infections were just getting worse, but I wasn't feeling any pain because of the root canals, but I was feeling slight tingles every now and then. I have to get both root canals redone now. Not to mention, the quality of care here is just subpar- I found the dentist to be dismissive when I asked questions, the staff is nice and the hygienist as well, but overall, don't waste your time or money here if you actually want high quality care and service. Don't make the mistake of trusting a regular dentist doing specialist procedures. read more

I went in for tooth pain that required an extraction. During this procedure, the surgeon seemed nervous, kept bringing me back into the X-ray room for repeat X-rays mid procedure and at the end he revealed that he left a "small bit of tooth that will be reabsorbed by the tissue" after like 15 attempts of trying to get it out. I didn't trust him after this so I went for two independent second consultations afterwards to evaluate my potential implant. It turns out they left an ENTIRE ROOT of my tooth in and failed to preform a graft (which is often necessary for a good implant after). I later found out from my insurance that they billed my insurance for services that weren't even performed. As a cherry on top, one of their hygienists tried to book me for cleanings out of the covered window by my insurance (trying to make me come in every 3 months) and when I brought up concerns about the cost/questionable necessity of this she was really dismissive and scheduled me anyways. Do not come here, I've spent too much money and time trying to remedy their mistakes. They may be affordable, but it's worth it to pay a little more for quality work. read more

I was told I needed a root canal for a cavity here, and urgently pressured to get it despite feeling no pain or discomfort. I am so glad I went to another dentist who was able to fix the cavity with a simple filling. A-Dental advised to me get major work done that was completely unnecessary in order to make more money, not caring about the health and well-being of the patient. SHAME ON YOU A-Dental!!! The female dentist is extremely rude also. She once asked me in the most condescending voice, "Do you even brush?". Furthermore, I got my wisdom teeth removed here and the dentist was so weak and inexperienced that he cracked my adjacent molar while struggling to extract one of them, he finally had to call in a more experienced dentist to complete the procedure. read more

Came in today for a deep cleaning and check up on my Implant I had put in a couple weeks ago. So far, Service has been above and beyond from the front desk, to the nurses to the doctors. They go above and beyond to answer any of my stupid questions, and make me feel better about these teeth of mine. Came in on a weekend after my implant was out in, and the nurse at the front desk helped me clean out the problem area real quick since the Dr wasn't around. Got rid of my pain.
