This spot has such a warm, homey feel from the moment you walk in. It's the kind of place that instantly makes you relax, like a classic neighborhood diner where everyone is welcome and the coffee is always flowing. The service was truly incredible! So friendly, attentive, and genuine without ever feeling over the top. Our waitress checked in just enough, kept drinks refilled, and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I ordered the egg white veggie omelette with mushrooms, onions, spinach, tomato, and peppers, and it was exactly what I wanted: light, fluffy, and packed with fresh veggies. It felt wholesome but still satisfying, especially paired with a warm, buttery biscuit that tasted homemade. Simple, classic, and done really well. My friends went in two different directions and both were raving about their choices. The Mediterranean omelette with fresh spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and feta cheese was loaded with flavor and perfectly balanced. The real showstopper at the table though was the chicken & waffle beach house bowl. The fried boneless chicken thigh was crispy and juicy, layered with eggs, applewood bacon, and drizzled with honey maple sauce. It was indulgent in the best way and definitely something I'll be ordering next time. My whole experience felt cozy, welcoming, and very "diner vibe" in the best sense. Great food, amazing service, and a space that makes you want to linger a little longer over coffee. Perfect for a casual breakfast or brunch with friends. I'll absolutely be back.

Rarely do I give 5 stars. More rare is when the service exceptionally already high quality food. THIS IS THAT TIME! Lori was a PHENOMENAL server, the epitome of why you choose local places. Attentive, informative, and personable. Her recommendations were spot on and her comments during table check-ins kept our party of 5 in stitches. All of our orders were correct and ready in a short period of time. Both omelette were cooked to perfection. Lori even anticipated I'd ask for hot sauce and brought house made honey habenero -- delicious. The pancakes were heavenly, in flavor and texture. Gotta love the local business ads printed as table tops. My family will come back just to interact with her.

Exactly what we needed after 3.5 hours on the road and anxious for beach vibes on a cold April day and hungry for brunch on a budget! It checked all the boxes. Shrimp & grits heat was made to order with hot sauce bar to change it up! Service was attentive and friendly. I forgot to pack earrings and was feeling naked- shopping for those was even checked off my to-do list allowing more time to enjoy the surf at our hotel! They had a delightful assortment of affordable and cute beachy souvenirs. Would definitely go back when we're in the area

We stopped in at Karla's Beach House right after flying into town and it was exactly the vibe we were hoping for -- laid-back, beachy, and cheerful. The moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a brunch stop after a travel day being that it was minutes away from the airport. Our server, Lori, was absolutely a delight -- super friendly and attentive, which made the whole meal feel even better. The food was very good (classic breakfast and brunch done right). I got the chicken and waffles and it was honestly one of the best ones I've ever had! The mimosas were also great -- just the kind of refreshing brunch drinks you want while easing into the day.

This is a popular, local spot for breakfast. When entering Karla's, you are warmly greeted by an elderly gentleman and shown to a table Breakfast here is nothing fancy, a basic diner breakfast "Two eggs, home fries, white toast and bacon". What makes it inviting is the local flavor, the friendly staff and old-school atmosphere. It's also very convenient to the beach .

They were severely understaffed and service was so slow. Unsure why they chose Saturday brunch time for the cooks to train the new hires in the back. We should've taken the 30 to 40 minute wait for a table as our sign to leave because it was another 25minutes to be acknowledged and some water before the waiter rushed off even though we were ready to order. another 20minutes for our order and 40minutes for food. It's a shame because the food was rather good but not worth a 2+ hour ordeal.

Corned hash well the last of it

OH MY GOD !!!!!! This place this place this place . The food is amazing and fresh and so are the staff i got the fully loaded inlet with hash browns and toast and my boyfriend got the corned beef hash . I have to give a special special shoutout to the cook who makes the corned beef hash fresh every day !! IT IS AMAZINGINGLY AWESOME . This place is a must right by the beach . We didn't have much food left by the time i thought to make this review but so so good guys

This is one of my local breakfast spots and I love the beach vibes. The mimosa selection is wonderful. There is a little bar tucked into the corner of the spot and they are pretty good with making your breakfast boozy. The service is as friendly as can be. This is one of my go to spots for breakfast.

A great little local diner. We've dined here three times now and are always seated quickly, despite the restaurant being packed (I call it luck!). A very nice older gentleman (I'm assuming the owner) takes patrons to their tables and chats with them. The food is fresh, and the pancakes always hit the spot! They have a self serve coffee bar with a few different blends, and a bar for cocktails.

Drink menu! Great options!

Visited on Friday, May 9th. It's a cute place with beach decor and a little bar. They have merchandise for purchase as well. The service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this spot!

Great friendly service. Kinda festive atmosphere don't go for quiet conversation though. :). Good brunch food all around. They actually have their own coffee and hot sauce brand.

Want to go back and try more of their delicious food! It's not overly large inside so coming at an off time (right at 4) we were able to get a seat but I bet it can get busy! The restaurant was fairly empty, with only three other tables occupied, so we were surprised by the length of the wait. Our two canned Sapporos didn't arrive until about 30 minutes after ordering. The shrimp sandwich took approximately 45 minutes, and the Vang rolls arrived after about an hour. After waiting an hour, we were informed that the garlic shrimp for our garlic noodles was unavailable, despite it being part of our original order. Unfortunately, the Vang rolls were so salty that we couldn't finish them. Throughout the meal, our water glasses were never refilled, and there was little communication about the delays or unavailable menu items. After roughly 90 minutes of waiting, multiple delays, and learning that several items were unavailable, we decided to pay for what we had received the two Sapporos, the shrimp sandwich, and the Vang rolls, which came to about $70. Perhaps we visited on an off night, but the combination of the slow service, poor communication, unavailable menu items, and disappointing food quality made for a frustrating experience. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning. +1 Vibe +0 Taste +0 Presentation +0 Service +0 Value

Such a great variety. Fresh fruit of all kinds, french toast, waffles and chicken, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage , scrabbled eggs, quiche, house potatoes, deviled eggs, and a charcuterie board . On the sweet side they had mini cinnamon rolls, danish, brownies, cookies and cupcakes with the galentine theme. They had chocolate and chocolate covered strawberries with pretty pink food grade glitter. Plenty to choose from and plenty to eat. We loved it. In order to get into the speakeasy it is tickets only. Tickets must be purchased ahead of time either in person or over the phone. It is a cozy, comfy space to dine and have drinks in a relaxed classy beautifully decorated establishment. The interior design emanates speakeasy. Every detail of design was carefully curated with the utmost intention. Staff was fantastic. Even though it was a brunch buffet, staff were attentive, friendly and frequently checked on all tables to address any needs or questions. The lovely staff were genuinely happy to take photos for us without any prompting. The flow of the buffet was perfect, and the food presentation was delightfully charming! There was a photo back drop available and the decor was so festive, and classy yet simple. The decor wasn't over the top , it was just the right amount of decorations to add pizzazz and celebrate with festive spirit. We all had a very enjoyable time celebrating Galentine's day! It was a wonderful event in an equally wonderful space. The music was on point, as well as the volume level. It was loud enough to enjoy the music, yet low enough that you could hold a conversation without screaming to hear each other. It was very peaceful and even if you don't choose a booth, the tables on the opposite side of the bar do provide some privacy due to the small partitions. The variety of food offered was just right (not overwhelmingly too many options and not too little options) and the food was tasty. It was an excellent first impression that left me excited to await what other fun events they will hold in the future.

We met the owner, he is a cool band guy with a mustache name Dand. The drinks he made for us were so good and so was the way he talked with his staff and the way they worked together. My parner and I had seen that they pride themselfes on Scottish eggs, which we were lucky to try and it was also very delicious! We like that they have the vibe and also a board with many events of the community on the wall to check out while you sip on a delicious expresso martini. You order at the register, and the staff brings the food out to your table. Everyone was attentive, and we had no issues with the service. We ordered the waffle plate, which came topped with fruit alongside eggs and their house sausage. We also tried the Huevos Rancheros, the Sausage Egg & Cheese sandwich, and a build-your-own omelette. For drinks, we ordered the brown sugar cold brew, dulce de leche cold brew, drip coffee, and an espresso martini. The waffle was huge, and the sides were great. My only complaint was that it could have used more fruit, as there were only a few small pieces. The Huevos Rancheros were delicious and came with a generous serving of avocado. The only thing that caught us off guard was the lack of salsa, since in traditional Huevos Rancheros the salsa is a key component. Even so, the dish was still flavorful and filling. The omelette was excellent, and the breakfast sandwich was equally delicious. I was especially impressed by the house-made jam, house-made hot sauce, and the perfectly seasoned home fries. As for the drinks, the brown sugar cold brew was excellent, but the dulce de leche version was far too sweet for my taste. From what I understood, they use two flavored syrups to make it, and I think using smaller portions of each would create a better balance. We ended up adding oat milk and some drip coffee to tone it down. The drip coffee itself was solid and came with free refills. The espresso martini really tied brunch together for me -- strong, well-made, and delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed both the food and the experience, and we'll definitely be back.

It was challenging to find parking but thankfully, we were able to find a spot right in the front. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were seated right away. With it being lunch time, we assumed we would be able to grab some lunch but to our surprise, they were serving brunch and we were only able to order off the brunch menu. We were slightly confused and definitely didn't have taste for breakfast items so we had to choose from a small selection of non-breakfast items. We started with Palomas. The drink menu only included the drink prices for Happy Hour, and it definitely wasn't Happy Hour, so we weren't sure how much the drinks were. The server mentioned one price, then came back and told us another price but either way, all that would've been eliminated if the prices were on the menu. After looking over the brunch menu, my friend didn't see anything appetizing so she asked if they could make a BLT Sandwich, which wasn't on the menu, and they agreed. I decided on the Crab Cake Sandwich. The food was served in decent time. My friend had an end piece of tomato on her sandwich, which was disappointing. Our server took her sweet time checking on us so and we literally had to flag down another server just to get ketchup. My sandwich didn't even come with remoulade sauce that was supposed to be added. I did enjoy my sandwich though, it was very tasty. I also ordered the Bourbon Glaze Wings 'to-go' and they were delicious. From not being able to order from a lunch menu, to our server not being attentive at all, our experience wasn't that great. We also had to battle flies the entire time we were there, and we were sitting inside so that was a bit frustrating. The restaurant is located right by the Marina and it has great views but the service left a lot to be desired. I may return for dinner in hopes of a better experience but it probably won't be any time soon.

We needed an extra chair at our table and went up to the security to ask if he knew where anymore could be or if we could borrow the one that was behind his table since he seemed to only be standing all night, but he responded kind of harsh with a stern "NO"....def unnecessary. Even though he was rude, the bartenders were the opposite, making funny light conversation and friendly while we ordered and waited for our drinks. The atmosphere was a nice, chill, and intimate vibe, with red/orange lighting. To drink: I tried the Saturn (8/10) it was pretty good, I liked the flavor, but there really didn't seem to be much alcohol in it fr. To eat: we ordered a Margherita Pizza and added Pepperoni (10/10) it was fresh, flavorful, and all around really good. There were hints of spice in the sauce that really added to the flavors. Def will be back again, but next time, we're going to get there early, so we can have a table for the night. The menu does change each time they do come so items that you will see will vary, depending on what they are putting on for the menu. We try their Sicilian sashimi that was definitely a 10 out of 10 and good for people that want to kind of share rather than have a full plate is definitely well proportion as well as light and not too heavily in on the pallet. The vibes vary from day to day depending on what time you get there it can get really packed so the earlier the better if you want more of a calm night I would suggest getting there early rather later cause that is usually when the dj that are going on that night come in that's usually there peak time. The drinks are well crafted I tried their cocktail called Saturn it had a sweet taste and was more of tropical with the passion fruit perfect pairing with the raw fish dish we tried tonight.
