The podiatrist barely even looked at me before saying "it's a sprain, you'll be fine by Monday." I angrily told him it was NOT a sprain, that I knew my body and something was wrong. That night had me back in ER for excruciating pain. Enter Dr. Friedberg the following week who, after some manipulation of my foot, and some questions concluded that I had a fascia tear that would probably take a few months to heal. Man was I glad I went to Dr. Friedberg! My foot did take a few months to heal, but he was nothing but kind, gentle, and professional through the entire process. He offered tips and tricks on how to regain strength and reduce pain, showed me my MRI images, and explained things in very simple and detailed ways. I cannot say enough good things about him, especially if you need a second opinion.

Then I call another extension to explain my situation and they just scream at me asking what my date of birth is. So inhumane and no compassion I wonder who trained these awful people. Then we find out that after 2 months of me making appointments they have typed my email wrong because they can't spell the word "college" they proceed to laugh about it while I'm in such distress because I haven't had access to my medical records that I've been desperately calling for for about a week and a half. This was my first child and my labor was a difficult one but the support I received was exceptional. It is a smaller labor and delivery unit so u really have an intimate experience and don't just feel like another patient. I would recommend anyone to have their baby at CHA! Upon my arrival at the laboratory, I sought clarification from a technician regarding the estimated waiting period. Her response to my inquiry was notably unprofessional and dismissive and said "can you read or count." With a nasty attitude. Despite this initial interaction, I proceeded with the registration process. However, the technician subsequently exhibited further unprofessional conduct. She directed disapproving glances and visibly rolled her eyes towards both myself and my father, who was present with me. This sequence of events created a highly uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. I felt profoundly uneasy and lacked confidence in the technician's professional demeanor, particularly given the impression that my presence was an inconvenience to her. As a direct result of these interactions, I determined that I could not proceed with the blood draw under those circumstances. Please be advised that the necessary laboratory tests still need to be performed, and I will be going to the Everett hospital to ensure their completion.

We are so happy we strayed from home. Dr Ward was great. He took a look at the x-rays we brought with us and he knew exactly what was wrong and took the time to explain the problem. The unfortunate thing is that he recommend surgery, though that really wasn't a surprise. Though he did try to be funny a couple of times, this really isn't his forte? I do give him credit for making the effort. He's very personable and made a point of spending some time with Mrs B post op. Definitely give him a try if you're having a problem with a knee or hip.

He enjoys speaking with his patients and never rushes. He is specific and will explain every detail of what he needs to do, why he needs to do it and what you will experience after your surgery. I expected total misery and was totally shocked with no significant pain. Ward is very casual and sweet. He takes his time with his patients and enjoys a good laugh. I adored him and feel blessed to have found him. If you need a knee ir a hip he is the guy. Awesome surgeon really good man.

My PCP referred me to doctor Nicoletta and although I was a bit intrigued at first, pulling up his online resume had me floored. He's pretty much as good as it gets in New England. He has years of experience and fixes up some of Boston's professional athletes. He focuses on sports medicine and is both courteous and professional. On my numerous visits there both before and after surgery, he's been incredible and has guided me and gotten me back on track. The day of the surgery, he reassured me just minutes before I was put under anestesia. His work on my shoulder was arthroscopic, which isn't always the case on the type of major surgery that he performed on me - It left very small scars and lead to a much quicker heal time. Five months later I'm back in action playing ice hockey and other contact sports as if nothing happened! This fine gentleman is the one I'll go to if I ever need any surgery in the future. Hopefully I won't.

She never returns messages. There is no email for her. She cannot be texted. And she is the only way to Dr. Parazin. I have great respect for Dr. Parazin, but nothing but frustration in trying to schedule with him. The place is a sh*t show in a clown car. Maria is simply awful at her job.

I was able to get X-Rays in the same building and they helped me schedule an MRI. I was seen again right after my MRI and was told I didn't need surgery (thank goodness), and was given a clear instructions on how to take care of my injury and ensue a quick and full recovery. Dr. Salzler was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and empathic. The same can be said for both of his PAs that I worked with and his front office staff. He and the PA team answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Tufts Medical Center Orthopedics and especially Dr. Salzler.

The quality of care is worse than in some third-world countries I've visited. What used to be an amazing staff with several viable locations has now become a place of misdiagnoses and a shortage of doctors. Patients are assigned a nurse and are told they cannot see the supervising doctor. As a veteran with a disability, I was treated poorly, and they didn't even check my allergy list. You will wait for endless hours, only to be sent home with a bill. I strongly advise avoiding this place and its fake positive reviews. I filed formal complaints, but the hospital ignored them and sent me to collections. They are a scam, and it makes me sad because they used to be a great hospital system.

Payment plans are extremely flexible even though it seems like a lot their service outweighs the cost of this facility . Definitely will consider these people again if the need arises ice again.
