They really take the time to understand the "why" of your problem. I appreciate that they do that and not just throw exercises at you. I was trying to balance PT with recommendations from other health care providers, and it was confusing when the recommendations conflicted, especially about what I should be eating. I feel like there still could be meaningful ways to engage in PT, but now I feel like I'm defective, and it's me as the person who's the waste of time. I thought things were going okay, but the way it ended, especially so abruptly, was extremely upsetting. I'll heal on my own or find someone who can work around my other challenges.

Over the years, I have preferred this location because there is more than enough free parking. Appointments start and end on time. You can call and reschedule if you need to but you are encouraged to honor your healing and needs and show up to your appointment. I can take the workout I do on site and immediately do it at home.
