What a cute shop I found at Town Square. While shopping at another store in the area, they recommended this store for crystals, jewelry, and other gift ideas. A small store filled with gems, no pun intended. A much smaller selection, however there are lots of gift ideas to choose from. I was able to find small gifts that fit my budget in a snap. The woman that was helping me, provided me with answers to many of my questions including crystals that were on the knick knacks I was buying. Management advertises its six Vegas locations as follows: "We have found what connects us all together-- meaningful jewelry & inspiring home decor that inspire spiritual growth, wealth, strength, luck, & protection. It reminds us of all our infinite possibilities." This particular location in the Shoppes of Mandalay Bay opened in 2015. Here, you'll find sage sticks, scarves, stone statues, jewelry cases, women's & men's jewelry, children's jewelry, pottery, scents, gem trees, gift sets, & even jewelry for beloved pets. I had planned to leave a five-star review for this establishment because I was impressed w/ the exceptionally friendly staff I encountered over three visits (while making two separate purchases); the beautiful gemstone trees; the very nice gemstone bracelets, & the beauty & cleanliness of the shoppe. However, the two Trees of Life I purchased while visiting Vegas arrived with no packing slips & no product information. However, two generic "lifetime" warranty cards were included; only the copper wire is warrantied-- not the gems or the base. Also, no info was provided as to the steps to claim the warranty. Excited to open the shipping box, the lack of additional contents inside each brown tubular box was anticlimactic. It will be difficult to explain my Tree of Life gift to someone else when no information on it is included. (Twenty-four hours after contacting customer service, I recd a response that the information I requested was already in the mail for me. Unfortunately, two weeks later, what I received was wonderful generic info on all the trees, but no warranty info & no copy of the receipt I really needed). SEE THE PICS OF THE TREES & their packaging. The trees originate in the Far East & are essentially "Feng Shui Trees," offering up a continuous flow of chi (aka energy). Available sizes are Small (6"), Medium (8" to 9"), Large (10"), & Extra Large (18"). Trees of Life, like my large Garnet tree, must be shaped after arriving. (I was told delivery could take 3 to 4 wks. Mine arrived in 2.5 wks.) Prices can vary from $109 to $5,000; prices depend on the selected stone (or stones). No tree is alike-- no base is alike, and there are 31 styles. The trees themselves are made from hand wrapped copper wire. I suspect my 9" medium tree's gemstone is Citrine. Once I secure a copy of my lost receipt, I'll know for sure & I can gift the tree. All trees have meaning based on the stone(s) used to represent leaf petals, but, as previously mentioned, no stone information accompanied my trees. (Ex. According to an internet source, Garnet represents creativity & love, as well as healing-- emotional, mental, & physical. Citrine represents joy, optimism, & positivity.) My trees totaled over $600, which included a combined $35 shipping fee. (Shipping fees vary depending upon zip code.) For each tree sold, a donation is made to Make-A-Wish; to date, over 18,000 families have been helped. On a previous visit, I purchased a bracelet of genuine citrine for $99. (SEE PIC.) I love it! There were many other styles & stones available since (like the trees) no handmade bracelet is alike. For women's stretch bracelets, prices ranged from $49 to $299. The gold is often 18k plated, so the bracelets are not considered "fine jewelry." (Others are 925 silver.) Nevertheless, most were artistically beautiful. Other bracelet options include drawstring, wrap, chain, & bangle. (Their price range may differ.) There are also necklaces, rings, anklets, & earrings. You will not find any 10k gold & 14k gold jewelry here. A complete line of items are available for purchase online; each Karma and Luck physical location will differ somewhat w/ regard to inventory. If I could recommend anything to management (other than including in its shipping box a description of each tree), it would be to offer some of the men's styles to us females; I found a gorgeous colorblock tigers eye & onyx stretch bracelet that was unfortunately too large for my wrist. I would have purchased it along w/ the citrine bracelet. (Women's stretch bracelets are shorter in length.) Additionally, some couples might like to wear matching bracelets. (Somewhere, my ex is cringing:) Will I return to browse when in the area again? YES. The bright open room; aroma; store cleanliness; beautifully placed items, & staff friendliness warrant another visit. However, I'll likely visit online first to purchase another gemstone bracelet-- so many beautiful ones from which to choose! The concept is that gemstones can help one because of their natural properties. A gemstone guide is available if you want to learn more about what the stones represent. The quality of the product is subpar. Especially given the heafty price tag. My take on this company after wearing a bracelet for all of two weeks (yes, it ripped) is that there has been heavy investment in packaging and marketing, aiming at selling expensive products. All however, at the expense of quality. I purchased a sting bracelet which ripped just two weeks later. I was just past the 30 days refund window when I contacted Customer Service. Did't have the opportunity to call them earlier because I was traveling. They offered an exchnage which I agreed to but they didn't have the item I had purchased. I didn't want anything esle from the store, given not only the poor quality but also their sizing. I have very small wrist and most of their items are too big for me. Now to my favorite part. The store clerk grabs my bag..which was awesomely packaged in a box with a nice bag to store the bracelet...and he walks me to the front of the store. I immediately knew his intention when I saw him grab a singing bowl puja. They have a huge singing bowl made of quartz and he placed my bag inside. He proceeded to make the bowl "sing" and then I was instructed to grab my bag from inside so that it would only have my energy on it. What an awesome experience. read more

I happened to walk past this store on the way to my hotel on Black Friday and ended up stopping in because the trees were so cute and we have never seen anything like it. They had 40% off and said they shipped. We ended up taking one back with us and asked the other to be shipped to my mother in law. Now the tree was there in the store and I assumed it would be shipped out the next day Monday at the lasted. We are now 11 days out and nothing. I ended up sending an email to the company and was told that per the invoice it could take 15 days to ship. The guy Van who handled my order never mentioned that or pointed it out. Why in the world would I think it wouldn't have been shipped out within 2-3 days when the item is literally in the store. The guy put it in a box and all. Really hoping 3 days from now it gets shipped. If you decide to buy from here figure a way to get it on the plane and ship it yourself. read more
