The staff was very friendly. The udon noodles were definitely a 10/10 and the sushi was delicious and fresh and they have a big selection, the restaurant is clean and the ambiance is great!

Here's how they packed some of our leftovers. Why bother with the box, they should have just chucked it all in the bag.

Awful. From the service to the food to the atmosphere, awful. The website (and price tag) makes it look like a posh, upscale restaurant. In reality it's an outdated, tacky sports bar with a restaurant hanging off the side of it. Where do I start? Service: I should have realized what the meal was going to be like when the waitperson asked me which gin I wanted in my Old Fashioned. After a comical back-and-forth, because she didn't have a good grasp of English, I gave up trying to explain what an Old Fashioned was, I ordered a sake. Every piece of our meal came out piecemeal. Two apps came out. Then after we finished those, the third came out. Three of our meals came out together and 15 MINUTES LATER, the last entree came out. Then, after we all were finished, the two maki rolls I ordered for the table came out. I thought she forgot about them but she didn't and now they're both in my fridge. The waitperson never came to check on us and I constantly had to search for her when we needed something. Food: The crab Rangoons were excellent as were the gyoza. Three of the entrees were good but not great. The maki was weird for the sake of being unusual so none of the flavors matched. I sent my chicken teriyaki back, it was nothing more than boiled chicken with some thick, sweet goop poured over it. Then they sprinkled uncooked sesame seeds on it. One bite and that was it. Atmosphere: Dozens of sports jerseys and other sports stuff mixed in with tacky 70's fixtures and decorations. A large rectangular bar takes up half the space and it's loud. We all hated it. The Bill: Over two hundred bucks for four people with no desserts (we got the heck out of there after the mains) and only two drinks. I had only one sake because I couldn't find the waitperson. I think we must have been her only table because after she dropped something off, she disappeared into the back. Boston five star prices for a low-rent sports bar experience. Bad Karma all around.

Phenomenal food and service! I love the ambiance of this place, very lively, but still can converse with those around you. Really is avenue for anything, from a first date, do celebrating a birthday, to catching up with family! Great service in person! Wish it was easier to talk about waiting times over the phone, they should have staff dedicated for that. Overall, highly recommend Karma!

We stopped into Karma at 3 pm on a Saturday after running errands and the place was hopping! We were seated immediately and presented with a menu similar in size to that famous CF menu-a never ending menu with lots to choose from in so many different Asian taste delights. Since it was 'linner' for us, we decided to split the hipster maki roll which was freshly prepared and delectable. We then shared the Peking Duck because honestly, haven't had it in so long and this looked like a place that would prepare it well. The wraps were presented in a bamboo container and as the menu says-they were truly paper thin-even translucent, which enable me to concentrate on the flavorful combo of crispy duck with thin matchstick sliced cucumbers and scallions. Because of how thin they were, they stacked and rolled easily with the duck! It became a perfectly sized trio of treats in its wrapping once coated with the hoisin. So good! I can't wait to return to try other items off of their immense menu!

Good food, staff was nice and I'd come back! It was a fun night but probably a little more pricey than seems right.

Great Asian food place. Always fast service and great food. But recently we went to Karma in Burlington and the Ambience and vibe was much different so was some of the menu items. seeing that place it feels like the andover location needs some renovation and overhaul in side since it is quite old looking place. We always love the sushi, miso soup, scallion pancakes etc. For dinner we always had Mongolian chicken, Chicken with garlic in clay pot, string beans in garlic sauce , fried rice . All the food have always been great and very fresh . The service is def quick and love they have started loyalty program . Overall our fav place to go as long the food stay fresh and good quality.

It was busy but worth it! From front door to table the customer service was great! Manager very present and actively helping. We had shrimp lettuce wraps and 3 speciality rolls, I wish I had the names but it was all so good! I look forward to coming back next time I'm in town. The space is tight; however they make the most of having everyone fit in co

It was also, apparently, less salty, presumably for the same reason. The amount of kimchi in the "sample" was so plentiful as to almost fill up the mini cup we used for takeout. They have a large selection of vegetarian and vegan food, as well as some gluten free items, though they lack the staff and kitchen size to accommodate celiacs, so it's really more of use for people on elimination diets or with poor digestive capabilities. The owner had prior training in Italian cuisine, which is the reason such food is on the menu, and while neither my father nor I had occasion to try it, it is apparently a passion of the chef's, and the shared discussion of their mutual interest in Italian cooking may be the reason my father was given a free "sample" of kimchi, which was larger than the paid order of kimchi at most other restaurants. The food portions, in general, are massive, with the leftovers of an order of wonton soup not fitting in a to-go canister, with other orders being similarly large. Their jasmine tea is unusual for its slight fruity flavor, and ability to "overbrew" without becoming bitter, instead maintaining its delicate flavor. Each table has condiments, which in addition to including the "normal" chili crisp, and fish sauce often found at Asian restaurants that provide table condiments, have the more western pepper grinder, as well as garlic salt. Curiously, there is no "normal" salt as often found at western restaurants, though bottles of sriracha are found at every table. Perhaps the garlic salt and sriracha are the restaurant's "unique twist"?

Still excellent, still sweet (though now more noticeably spicy too), and still important to remind that the dishes here are not necessarily attempting authentic cuisine of specific regions (even though specific dishes are named), but more of a freestyle approach. The wings have improved in recent visits. More plump, more crisp, more juice, more flavor. Still good value. Still a little weak on the service (more about being young, unfocused and lacking initiative than anything approaching rudeness). Still highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant lunch yesterday. Ordered seafood drunken noodles. I was served a very generous and delicious plate of noodles, veggies, squid, shrimp and scallops. I enjoyed it, but found it somewhat less flavorful than I would have liked. Possibly catering to a mostly Caucasian clientele, for my taste it probably could have used more fish sauce, My thoughts only, They have an expansive Thai menu which I look forward to sampling over the coming months. It is on the more expensive side, which is likely justified by a large portion size and fresh ingredients and ever increasing national prices. This is a very stylish restaurant inside with a clean elegant decor. Very suitable for a special meal. Service was fast and friendly, beautiful clean bathrooms and lots of off street parking. Recommended! The restaurant also has a small (6 seat?) full bar

I felt like two of the employees were hovering over me as I waited which was uncomfortable. They asked me more than once if I wanted to order before my friend arrived. We were given the check before we were finished. We were planning to order another round of drinks but decided not to based on this. Once we paid one of the employees was hovering over us waiting for us to leave so she could clean the table. I'd be more understanding of this if it was crowded and people were waiting to dine in, but it wasn't that busy. I also noticed none of the other tables got the same treatment as us. No idea why that is but it left a sour taste in my mouth figuratively speaking. However the food and drinks were delicious as always so at least there's that. I've had better service sitting at the bar so if I decide to dine in again I think I'll stick to that.

The restaurant itself is stylish and intimate. The space boasts eye catching decor from neon signs and a mahjong tile doorway to big murals and light fixtures in the form of umbrellas and lanterns. The menu is printed to look and feel like a Hong Kong Hollywood newspaper which I also thought was really cool. The menu here is smaller and more focused than the one at the Kowloon, but I did see that it still offers a handful of the Kowloon's signature dishes. In the case of this restaurant, I definitely feel that the limited menu is essential to producing higher quality dishes. We shared a scorpion bowl cocktail for two, which was served in a cute beckoning cat drinking vessel. For food we got the scallion pancake, the General Gau's chicken and the Brussels sprouts. The food came out about ten minutes after we ordered which initially made me a little bit nervous about the food quality, but once we dug in we could tell that the food was quite fresh. The scallion pancake was nice and crispy on the outside, a little bit chewy on the inside and was served with a ginger sauce for dipping. The Brussels sprouts were prepared Kung Pao style with peanuts and a touch of chili pepper. The General Gau's chicken was fried well, coated in a delightfully sweet and spicy sauce and topped with crispy fried rice noodles. We are just about every morsel on the plates. We knew had to save a little room for dessert here when we saw that they serve a giant chocolate dipped fortune cookie that they smash apart with a mallet right at the table. Served alongside some ice cream, the giant fortune cookie is a super sweet and fun way to finish your time here. Additionally, it came as a pleasant surprise when our check came and it was not quite as high as we were anticipating, especially when you consider that the restaurant is housed inside of a casino. All in all, 9 Dragons left us with a great first impression. A great addition to the Seacoast.

We started with the Crab Rangoon and Calamari, both of which were delicious. For our entrees, I ordered the Teriyaki Steak Skewers with rice, and my friends had all the same--the Polynesian Cashew Chicken with rice. Every dish was flavorful, well prepared, and the portions were just right. For cocktails, we tried the Scorpion Bowl for Two, Lotus Mai Tai, Coconut Banana Mai Tai, and Dragon's Law. My personal favorite was the Coconut Banana Mai Tai--it was sweet and refreshing. The Scorpion Bowl was good, but a bit too strong for my taste with a heavy gin kick. To finish the evening, we shared the Coconut Green Tea Affogato, a creamy coconut green tea ice cream dessert with warm oolong tea poured over the top. It was something different and absolutely delicious. The staff, especially our server, were friendly, attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our entire dining experience. One thing I wish had been mentioned is the tarot & fortune reading experience offered at the restaurant. We only noticed it tucked away in the back hallway while heading to the restrooms. It would be great if diners were made aware of it since it seems like a fun way to end the night. Overall, the food was outstanding, the drinks were creative, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!

The dining room has a nice vibe -- modern, clean, and comfortable. It feels like a good spot for a casual date or catching up with friends. That said, the noise level builds quickly. Everyone was chatting, and you could easily overhear conversations without even trying. Service was genuinely great. Our server checked in consistently for water refills, cleared plates quickly, and asked if we needed anything -- but never felt overbearing. That balance is appreciated and made the experience smoother. One thing worth noting: some menu prices are higher than you might expect, especially since Google lists the average around $20-$30 per person. For some of the higher-priced items, photos on the menu would really help set expectations. The portions do help justify the entrée pricing somewhat, but the overall bill -- $110 for a late lunch for two -- was honestly higher than expected. We started with the spicy edamame. To make it spicy was a $2 upcharge, which felt unnecessary -- most places offer regular, sea salt, or spicy at the base price. That rubbed me the wrong way. For sushi, we ordered two pieces of unagi and two pieces of wagyu. The fish/meat to rice ratio was generous (see picture). The unagi sushi is something a sushi chef can't really mess up -- solid and as expected. The wagyu sushi, however, had a very intense char on top and was extremely fatty. Depending on your preference, that could be a plus or a bit overpowering. The spicy beef rice bowl was a very large portion -- honestly enough to split between two people. The onions had a nice crunch and weren't soggy, which I appreciated. The beef is shaved rather than sliced, and you can't choose how it's cooked. The spice level was faint, should have spice level indicators on items like this. I did feel like the dish was missing another vegetable element that could have elevated it. The chicken curry bento box came with a lot: two tempura shrimp, two deep-fried pork gyoza, one sweet potato tempura, sticky rice, and the curry chicken. The chicken was very tender. The curry had that strong, classic curry aroma and was well balanced in flavor. Nothing to rave about. Both meals came with miso soup and salad. The salad dressing wasn't for me; I prefer something tangy, and this one tasted more like pan juices from cooked meat. For dessert, we tried the vanilla crepe cake. It honestly tasted like tiramisu. If they offered a matcha version, that might have set it apart more. I wouldn't order it again. Overall, I'm glad we tried it and had the experience. The service and portion sizes stood out positively. However, for the price point, it's not a "must-return" spot for me, and not somewhere I'd immediately recommend off the top of my head when people ask.
