This started back in August 2023…read morewhere I paid to board my older pup and a foster pup because they were not getting along, IB K9 said the boarding date would be about a month out. Long story short, the same night I had requested for a refund when we had to cancel one of our foster dog's boarding after she hurt my older pup. They promised to send my money back. They never did. My older pup got sick after boarding and didn't learn anything basically; they were super communicative until my dog was boarded, then afterwards I had to keep reaching out to ask how she was doing and I got basically one photo during the entire time she was boarded. After I got my older pup back she seemed really sick, severely skinny and when I brought her to her vet, they expressed heavy concern with the facilities because she was clearly weaker and sick and I ended up breaking down crying from feeling so bad for doing this to her. I never even requested a refund for the harm they did to my dog ; I only asked for a refund on the dog that was NEVER BOARDED. I posted a review on Google a few years back when it all happened and in late July 2026, they replied to my google review telling me to reach out via email, only to tell me they won't refund me and state that it's part of the signed contract, but there was no such contract and they are absolute liars. I filed a small claims which they ignored; you can see in the affidavit attached where they tried to ignore / refuse to open the door and accept the served papers. I am now also posting all my interaction with them to warn anyone who is thinking of taking their dogs here. So bottom line is, if you want to traumatize your pup, waste your money, or never get your money back this would be a good place.

She was food aggressive, she was aggressive with our family - bit all of us at least once - attacked our other two dogs and literally went to the bathroom wherever she preferred. We decided that if we were going to work with one of our dogs - we'd also work with our other naughty dog to retrain him of his bad habits. All of her team is prepared to deal with difficult dogs and help reinforce good behavior, so all of our lunchtime visits included built-in training for our little pups. The team also sent photo updates and left detailed report cards every single day without fail. Lindsey herself is such a boss when it comes to training and is so so patient and welcoming. All of her own dogs are super patient too and were incorporated into the training sessions to help our little pups get used to being around other dogs. Her first training session was just with our mother and with the training tools she was given at that time we were not satisfied and ESPECIALLY due to the cost of the training, we asked Kristyn to come to the house a second time so we could be present and express our concerns so we could find alternative training methods. She came and was on the defense immediately as if we were attacking her. After calmy expressing our concerns she said the next step would be a shock collar if we did not listen to her which is the opposite of the direction we want to go. When I asked her if she knew what "fear free" is she slammed her laptop down and said she would not work with us any longer, only our mother. After leaving she proceeded to text our mother about how we are "entitled millennials" and she would not be ganged up on by us. We simply wanted an alternative to what she was teaching and communicated that affectively. She said she would only work with our mom if she did not live with us. This was extremely unprofessional. Kristyn is scamming people and scaring their dogs into submission. If we could give a 0 star rating we would. We have reached out to corporate regarding this for retribution.
