I bought a 2014 Mitsubishi with warranty and I was told its inspected and ready to go. Brought it to inspection and it did not pass! check engine light came on because cat convertor issue. Asked their mechanic for invoice they say Karman has the infos called the dealer they say mechanic has the invoice Smh these fools never did fixed it that's why they cant show me the invoice! And check engine lights came back on after driving couple hundred miles! And they don't want to do anything about it all they do is reset the check engine light! And Im still waiting on my car key it's been 3 weeks! They just waiting for my 30 days warranty to be over! All these fools is a bunch of liars! Run by obnoxious, arrogant and disrespectful individuals with reckless business practices and do not know how to take business with a positive spirit or handle customer relation. The car in question had safety issues and they were very reluctant to address it: instead showed great amount of aggression. When approached for negotiation, we were asked to take back our money and 'get out!' They are going to suppress you and every concern or question of yours and make it look trivial. Pay a little more(maybe less) and go else where. This is not worth your time, money and energy. Not even worth A star! We were looking for a Chevy Tahoe with 3 row seats found one listed on Car Gurus it was located at Karman Auto Sales in Lowell, Ma. which is a hour drive. Long story....short... We bought the vehicle! Gus and John went extra, extra milessss to help my niece get into the Tahoe! We had a lot of laughs, good conversation and honest opinions with John and Gus AND we did test drive the vehicle ( to below comments regarding not being able to test drive a vehicle.....never heard of such a thing!!). They are liars and thieves. I thought Gus was a good guy. Thought that I had made it clear to him that I needed a safe and reliable car for my husband to get back and forth from work. We bought the car on 9/24 not even a week later we have to bring them the car because the brakes and shaking on the car were so bad my husband almost had a terrible car accident. They supposedly fixed it... Not even another week goes by and still the same issue, my husband went to Town Fair and had an alignment done, we called Karman to let them know the issues that we were having with the 2005 Honda Accord that they promised us would be carefully inspected and worked on before we were to even have picked it up and brought it home. I want to return the car and just get my deposit money back. I never ever want to do business with this dealership EVER again. First I like to say Karman Auto sales are located at 1418 Middlesex street Lowell,MA not on Pawtucket Blvd in Lowell,MA. I want to let any one buying a used car from Karman Auto Sales (BUYER BEWARE). I bought a 2005 Mini Cooper S from Karman on Monday March 28, 2016 and several day I found The Check engine light and ABS light were on. So I went back and told the Salesman the problem and he told me don't worry about it the ABS Brakes might be wet and the check engine light will go out. So then on Saturday I went to Mini of Peabody in Peabody,MA and then they ran a scan on the problems with the car. There were many Bad problems with the car. The O2 (oxygen) censor, Struts in the front, driving belt, Power Steering pump, Censor for speed, crank shaft arm was not working properly. So I went back and told the salesman to fix the problems under MA Lemon Law. Also I have to pay for a rental car from U save in Lowell,MA because the salesman at Karman doesn't do rental car. So I told him FIX the car or I'm talking to my lawyer. That might have just scared him a little and he told me OK we will fix the problems with the car. That was almost three weeks ago. I'm still waiting for my car back. Again BUYER BEWARE!! Please shop around carefully before deciding to buy the car you want at the price you want at Karman Auto Sales in Lowell,MA. I also didn't get a CARFAX report on the car. If you are willing to paid for the car that day the at Karman Auto Sales. The salesman will jump through hoops to make you feel so happy. I found them to be friendly it is a business and they sell used cars. They cant know every little problem with the car but should fix it if it presents itself. Let me get to the point.. DO NOT get your car here. This dealer is the embodiment of the saying "never trust a used car salesman." These guys give off a nice and welcoming aura... Asking as you're interested in buying, if you show any hesitation at all, that all fades away. As this was my first huge purchase, I went with a cosigner, and when they were showing some skepticism about my purchase, the employees got into a heated argument with my cosigner. Fast forward to the act of purchasing the car, well turns out because I don't have credit the car's price jumps up $2000 which they had no intention of telling me until everything was set. Fast forward again, I now own the car after what seems today to have been way too much trouble. The car they sold me was literally a piece of junk internally, I've had to replace so many components, and still have an engine light that will not turn off no matter what. The month that I owned the warranty they essentially just did what they can to hold it together until it ran out.
