This community has an active clubhouse with a social calendar, billiard game room, shuffleboard courts, library, fireplace with TV and a year-round heated pool for your entertainment pleasure. This park is a clean, newly paved, quiet, 55+, no pet community that is close to the freeway, bus routes, grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. This place is a scam! Do not move into this park or any associated properties! They had a resident…read morewho bought a mobile home with their hard earned money 40k and they decided to evict her due to "noise" complaint. They gave her 1 month to sell the property otherwise they get it for free oh and by the way the park has to approve whoever buys her property. This poor lady needed help and reached out to me and my business partner and asked us to purchase her property. We agreed to help her out, she either gets money from us or nothing. I went to purchase the property, but the park gets first right of refusal. This is a quote from the property manager (I have txt message saved) "We also need to see something that says what you're offering for ____ since we have first right of refusal." Here is what happened after I dropped off $35 application fee. I get a call from the Regional Manager who says I am not approved (before I even applied). I have 760 + credit score, more than 6 xs income, and all requirements met. They advised me that it takes 7-10 business days to get an approval/denial and I for some reason was denied before they even started the process. Essentially, they are trying to steal their tenants homes! They get you in, find some reason to kick you out, and then get your property for free if you can't find someone that they "approve" in 30 days or less. I am trying to help this poor lady out, but they won't "approve me." I am not sure if it was because the property manager told the regional manager I was Hispanic or what.

There are issues here, drama (always) plus we are constantly told it's "not in the budge or "must be approved by corporate" to fix things like our locked gate (we are a gated community) new pool seems to constantly need maintenance for something so we wait and continue to pay our lot rent without issue while corporate continues to take in the $$$. Basically most things are not fixed in a timely manner. The current office manager (Carol) is amazing, friendly, and listens to what you have to say. The yard isn't nearly nice as it once was, the Rose Garden is vanishing little by little yet somehow we are a community that looks out for and takes care of each other. We have a Bocce Ball area that no one has used since corporate spent thousands to create when all the residents want is their patio area back. It's pretty close to being a great place to live with a few exceptions.
