She immediately contacted Liberty Utilities, and when they came to inspect, they discovered a leak in our furnace, which had been installed just three years ago. I had them inspect my chimney which needed to have the tile lining repaired. They estimated $3500 for the work which ultimately cost over $5000. Before they touched it, my chimney had worked fine for 20 years.
