Same with Cabinet companies, drywallers, stucco companies etc. It is just mind boggling and I hear it is an issue here in Tucson. When I reached out to Bills via phone calls, and followed up with additional phone calls, never did I received a response. Also, what is is with the contractors and vendors the do not have an outgoing message to see if you are reaching the write company or not. VERY unprofessional. I want to know who I am calling. God forbid that they answer the phone with their business name. Just hello! I always ask, is this so and so company? I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept or of customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive. Very sad.

We couldn't use the toilet, sinks, shower or washer. We had to move out for a short time because it was not livable in that condition. I called a different plumber and they came out and it did not help at all. In fact, it seemed the problem got worse. I called them back and they refused to come back and said they were absolutely sure it was a city issue. I called the city and they came out and said it's a plumbing issue. I started calling every plumber I could find a number for and NO ONE answered. I left messages with every single one of them and to this day, I still never received a call back. I felt defeated. I cried, I prayed, I cried some more, then I got a hold of a friend and asked him if he knew of any plumber that would actually answer the phone and he told me to call Erik at CTR Plumbing. I called and he ACTUALLY ANSWERED even though he was in the middle of cooking dinner. I told him what was going on and I literally cried on the phone because I felt so defeated and he was literally my last hope. Erik reassured me that he will find the problem and will be able to confirm if it's my responsibility or the city and fix it if it's my responsibility. Today, he came out leaving his family plans behind to help me. Erik found the issue and actually fixed it. He used his snake and camera equipment to find the issue. There was a really bad clog 36 feet in. He was able to clear the clog and he noticed a lot of build up throughout the entire line. He then scrapped the entire line from my house to the city main line and cleared it out Including the clog. Erik worked 6 hours on this crazy weekend job to make sure it was done and done correctly. From beginning to end, Erik would stop and show me on his screen what each issue was and explained everything in detail. I saw with my own eyes what was going on in the sewer line. If he sees something that is a city issue he video records it, takes pictures and will contact them. Erik shows proof and educates you. After he was done, he recorded a video of the line showing the cleared line and he showed it to me. The difference between the before and after is mind boggling. That sewer line was in horrible shape before the clean out! I am forever grateful for Erik! He is literally a godsend, miracle and answer to my defeated tearful prayers! Erik has a lot of knowledge and experience and he is a genuine honest man. If you need plumbing help at your residence, please call Erik with CTR Plumbing. You WILL NOT regret it. My elderly mother who's going through kidney failure called me and said her water heater wasn't working. I looked up local companies because I like to support small businesses. I found rodeo plumbing. Corie was very responsive... at first. He came to the house, told my mother her water heater was out of warranty, she believed him. Corie advised the water heater needed to be replaced. Corie called his technician Keith, who was in town and could be here within a few hours with the new water heater. We paid the replacement cost and cost of the new water heater. Well, before Keith got here, I called the warranty company and they advised we had two years left on our warranty. I called Corie and advised of that before Keith got here. He said "great, we'll work on getting you reimbursed." When Keith was done installing, he wanted us to sign the invoice, we told him we wouldn't sign it until it said "pending reimbursement for warranty." He was very frustrated and annoyed with us, but he wrote it on the invoice. Well what do you know, they never emailed us that invoice. I've asked several times since this to contact Corie and he constantly says "I'm working on it." And nothing has been done, it has now been months. They've stolen from us and refuse to reimburse us. I will be taking this matter as far as I can take it. People who take advantage of the elderly should be held accountable to the highest degree. The heartlessness of this "company" is laughable. Stay far far away!
