I attempted to return an item that didn't work out, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff accused me of lying and refused the return. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and has cost them a customer for life. I spoke with a representative named Johann, and when I asked for the manager's name, they refused to provide it. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've had from any retail store in years. Shame on this team for how they treat paying customers.
