I first came here early December last year and had Mandy for my nail tech. I wanted some cute…read moreholiday nails so I requested gel x and showed Mandy my inspo pics and she honestly did such a great job with my nails! I loved them so much and they lasted for a long time (a month+) and I went back again since my nails were getting really long, and this time got some cute valentine nails done by Van and she also did a super amazing job! She was fast and efficient. My nails are now so cute again, so thank you Mandy and Van! Overall, I love the vibe of this place. Their interior decorations are so cute and all the staff here are all so nice! I would definitely come back again! Posting my two nails that I have done here since I got lazy with writing a review last time XD

Came in for a gel pedicure and while I got what I needed, I left feeling like I paid way more than…read moreI should have. My usual salon was fully booked, so I decided to give this place a try last minute. The staff was friendly and the service was fine, but nothing really stood out to justify the price. The salon itself is cute and clean, but pretty comparable to other nail salons in the area. What surprised me most was the cost. I typically pay under $40 for a gel pedicure at other local spots, but here I ended up spending $75. She asked me if I wanted extras without telling me there was a hidden price? Initially, I had selected the $45 package... That was definitely sticker shock. For that price, I'd rather put the money toward a manicure since my nails are seen far more often than my feet. Maybe the pedicure will hold up exceptionally well over time, but based on my first visit, I don't feel the value matched the cost. With prices being what they are these days, $75 for a basic gel pedicure is hard for me to justify. I'll probably stick with my usual salons moving forward.

I've been going to One Plus Nail for several months now and have no desire to go anywhere else! The…read moreshop is nice and clean and they have kpop playing on the TV in case you forget your headphones. I've booked Ivy for my recent appointments and would highly recommend her! She's efficient, gentle, and detailed. There is one artist who I've ended up with twice and she's been rough with my nails, so once you find an artist you like, I suggest sticking with them.

We came in on a whim to celebrate my husband's birthday yesterday and decided to treat ourselves to…read morethe most expensive pedicure on the menu--the $55 Organic Package. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I understand that a men's pedicure typically takes less time since there's no nail shaping or polish, but the difference in timing was excessive. We arrived around 5:55 PM, and my husband's pedicure was finished by about 6:20 PM. I did use the restroom before my service, but that took 1.5 minutes? Meanwhile, his entire service--including the sea salt scrub, cuticle care, and callus removal--was completed before my cuticles had even been touched. My pedicure wasn't finished until just before 7:00 PM. It felt like the services weren't paced well, especially considering we came in together to celebrate a special occasion. I don't mind if one service takes a little longer than the other since I clearly had polish but a 40 minute difference for the same package felt unreasonable for the price we paid. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers who come in together. Before I get into the negative, I have to give my pedicurist 5/5 stars. She was amazing--she took her time, paid attention to every detail, and really took great care of my feet. I absolutely loved the service she provided. Even though I wasn't happy with my husband's service, I still tipped his technician $10 because I know how hard those in the nail industry work. Our total came to $125, and after tips we paid $150. I'm a licensed manicurist myself, so I understand how services should be performed and timed. I know men's pedicures generally take less time, but my husband's technician rushed through his service. She could have spent more time making sure the pedicure matched the quality and value of the package we paid for. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price, especially since we chose the highest-tier pedicure to celebrate my husband's birthday. The quality of my service was excellent, but the inconsistency between our experiences was disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages the salon to provide the same level of care to every client. Do better.

I told her that you got me a totally different haircut, her sarcastic response was "it's time to change a different haircut!" What ! Really?! I just let it go because my Mom has been going there once a week for hair wash. Yesterday I made a 3pm appointment for my Mom today. There were 4 other customers there, but not sure if they had booked an appointment or walked in. It was 3:30 pm, we were still waiting, I asked Vivian what time will be my Mom's turn, she said she had 2 more customers ahead of Mom, so she would finish them before my Mom. So I told her that could be after 4 pm, she said that she couldn't stop in the middle of serving other customers and started Mom. I told her that what was the point making appointment, we could just walk in and wait. She said that no appointment no service. Totally unacceptable! She told me rudely that you don't have to come if you don't like it. I told her as a matter of fact I hated the haircut she did it last year! I came because of my Mom! She told me that she can't guarantee 100% of her hair cut skill and also I can stop bringing my Mom! She then said her service could charge to $3,000! What ! I told her you meant 3,000 yens! We left this saloon! Vivian's attitude was totally unacceptable and terribly rude! She felt that her saloon is the one and only existing in Hacienda Heights! How many people willing to wait for a hair wash over an hour despite making an appointment!?!

You can tell they really make the effort to make sure the customer is pleased with the final look. They're always very accommodating, adjusting things to make sure that everyone (even last minute walk-ins like we are often guilty of being) gets serviced in a timely manner. Definitely check this place out!
