This is hands down the best nail experience I've had in the area. It is a little hard to find, but look for unit B. It's a small, one-woman shop so appointments are required, but the salon is clean and inviting! WOW my nails turned out so amazing. Nicole is super patient and detail oriented! She let me try out two colors to see which one I liked better. I usually get lumps on my nails when I do gel, but they are so smooth and perfect this time. She is super sweet and friendly too!! Once you enter past the black gates it's the first door on the right. Next to handicap sign. I got GelX ($50) + French tip ($15) + Chrome ($10) manicure, and a Gel Pedicure (Milky white 1 layer + shimmery White 2nd layer) ($30) She was very friendly and very detailed. I have been coming here for almost a year and I don't think I'll find another nail tech like Nicole. She's so gentle and gives her own input when it comes to the designs. She'll tell you if it'll look good with the nail shape you want, or which color would work better. You don't feel rushed to get out of there. It's peaceful and she's a great conversationalist! She has many nail options available: gel x, cateye, builder gel, tons of stickers, jewels, chrome powder, and many nail colors to choose from. It is appointment only. I went here and got Gel X nails for the very first time and Nicole was amazing! I went here based off of other Yelp reviewers and I'm so glad I did! As others have said, Nicole is very nice, meticulous, and she really took her time to ask questions to make sure the nail length and colors are what I wanted. The absolute sweetest nail tech! I was so desperate for a new set, but my usual nail tech is on maternity leave. I found Nicole on Yelp!!! I was hesitant at first because I hate trying new techs. But these are probably my favorite set ever (I feel guilty for cheating on my other girl... but talent is talent). I got lucky because she is by appointment; she had her last slot opened! I'd still try calling her to see if she can take you same day!!! She's accommodating. I wanted to try something different. She was so patient with me as I was deciding. Very confused with this place ? I called she told me to come at 7:30 but it says only open till 7 on yelp. Then she text me after we got off the phone to come now, so I did I told her I live 5 minutes away and will be there now. I pull up & it's a sketch building. I just have to start by saying -- apart from Nicole being incredibly meticulous, she also has the sweetest energy! You can genuinely feel how much she loves doing nails and how hard she works to bring your inspo picture to life (which, let's be real, is not always easy to find with other nail artists!). At first, I'll admit I was a little hesitant because I can be very particular about my nails, but Nicole completely exceeded my expectations. I usually stick to solid colors and shy away from designs, but I decided to switch it up for Easter/Spring -- and she absolutely nailed it, literally! I also want to point out that in my line of work, I'm constantly using my hands and working with harsh chemicals. I'm honestly amazed at how well my nails have held up -- they're still in great shape, which speaks volumes about the quality of her work. Her space is private (which I love) and spotless! Every tool she used, including the cuticle kits, came from freshly sterilized packaging, which gave me so much peace of mind. Ever since my sister introduced this place to me, I know I won't have to hunt for other nail salons. I don't always do my nails, but when I do I go to Nicole. She has a calm and positive energy. It's nice chatting with her while getting the designs I want. She's a hard worker and this shop is only her. The place doesn't look like much, but she keeps her materials and place clean. My sets with Michelle have lasted me over 42 days, which is honestly impressive. Once my nails grow out again, I'll most likely be coming back to her. Michelle is calm, patient, listens to what I want, and also gives helpful recommendations when I'm deciding what to do. The salon itself is pretty clean, and I've noticed a sanitizing station near the restroom, which is reassuring. So far I haven't had any issues during the years I've been coming here. Rather than taking accountability for the conduct described, the owner attempted to dismiss the incident by characterizing the use of an unclean towel as a mere "misunderstanding." Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. At that point, my sister no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing the service because she had lost confidence in the technician's judgment, professionalism, and hygiene practices. What is most disappointing is the owner's response afterward. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. The owner failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the conduct and instead appeared more concerned with deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue appropriately. Consumers have a right to know how concerns regarding sanitation, customer treatment, and professionalism are handled at this establishment. I got gel-x extension on saturday, 04/18/2026 and in the appointment I saw some red flags ‍ It seems that they were using used nail files both hand files and e-file bits on me. I appreciated that they sprayed some type of disinfectant when using cuticle nippers. Also using used clean up brushes basically did not use any disposable or sterilized instruments on me. (Except for my feet which they used a disposable pumice stone but again the nail clippers and cuticle nippers were not sterilized) I noticed that they didn't cure the tips properly because as far as I know you need to flash cure the tips for 60 seconds + full cure on the big lamp but the lady only flash cured for like 5-10 seconds I thought maybe it's a different product with different instructions? I thought the finished product was okay and I even paid 20% tip but less than a week later Wednesday, 04/23/2026 one of the tips broke... I don't think i'll go back to this establishment. Only thing is they're really nice and I get it they pamper their customers (even got a free diet coke) but it's not the most hygienic salon and I'd rather pay more for hygienic service than pay less for low quality and non hygienic service. Also I'd like to point out that the examples of the works they put here might have been stolen from the internet Price: $60 gel x set + $15 for catee polish Pedicure: I forgot if it was lemon or diamond something the total was around $118 but because of tip I paid around $148? Not worth it

I don't even remember the girl's name but I was ensured she would do a good job. I don't get mani/pedi often so I was looking forward to this. She used an efile on my nails and, like a few other comments, filed my nails so thin that a couple broke in their parking lot. She didn't really speak to me because she could tell I was frustrated at the miscommunication and was also told by the front desk to call next time if I want a particular tech. This option shouldn't be available online if it doesn't work. My nails started to burn that when she finished cleaning my cuticles I cancelled the rest of the appointment. I was contacted by the salon to try to make things better, which I appreciate, however it shouldn't have come to this in the first place. Needless to say, here we are 5/20 and I have not gone back. My nails are still so brittle that you can visible see where the nail was filed down vs the new growth. The nail on my left pinky is lifting so I have to be extra careful with it. I really thought I found my new shop because it's much closer. My old nail spot has been servicing me for 20+ years so looks like I'll be making the trip back there.

I've been trying out different nail salons in the area for a few months now and have left each time feeling unsatisfied with both the quality and the price-point. However, I think I've finally found my nail tech in Nicole! Nicole fit me in the same day after my builder gel from another salon suddenly popped off. She works out of a corporate complex and once you find unit B, walk in and you'll find her in the last room on the left. She is most comfortable speaking in Mandarin but is proficient in English! As someone who's proficient in Mandarin but more comfortable with English, we were still able to communicate just fine. She is really funny and spent the whole session sharing fun stories with me. She is also extremely knowledgable, and diagnosed why my builder gel was lifting from my last set. She also modified the pearl charms from my inspo pic to better suit the length of my nails. My set was quoted at $80 for builder gel and complex design. I would recommend DM'ing her on instagram @yynailsnicole with your inspo pic and she can give you a quote. She spent about 1 hr 45 min on my set and spent so much time and care on both the prep and the actual design itself. You won't be disappointed, go give her some love! I had my nails done by Nicole this past Wednesday and I absolutely love them! She was so gentle, professional, and really paid attention to the details. The shape, color, and finish were all perfect -- exactly what I was hoping for. One thing I really appreciated about Nicole was how she stayed focused on her work and didn't talk too much. She reuses nail files and tips between clients without disinfecting them. There is no visible sanitation station or wipe downs in between clients. Brushes are shared across clients. The floors are consistently dirty and dusty. This is a real fungus and infection risk and people deserve to know before they book. The quality of work has also declined significantly. Manicures feel rushed, hangnails are left unaddressed, and she frequently complains about certain colors or designs being too difficult rather than just doing the job. It does not feel like someone who takes pride in their craft anymore. I wanted to support a small business and I did for a long time. But I cannot in good conscience recommend this place based on what I have experienced and observed.
