Went in to repair an issue with the drivers side tire. It was vibrating and I could feel something…read morewas wrong. Paid to have a lot of work done but the issue with the tire remained the same. No doubt that work they found needed to be done, but the guy said the tire is still an issue when he handed me the keys. I noticed that every time I break now the steering wheel starts to shake back and forth on its own which didn't happen until after the repairs. Kind of scratching my head thinking did I pay for every problem except the one that I wanted to fix and did I inherit a new problem as a result? It's a good shop and they do excellent work but it's the first time I've walked out feeling like something isn't right.

MOOG sway bar links that are on the manufacturers website for $36-$50 per bar and on Amazon for $30 per bar for the exact manufacturer MOOG model number , He looks me dead in my face and proceeds to tell me he is charging $100 per bar. I don't want to even imagine what he was charging me per axle and struts, I then ask him if I buy the parts that he is going to buy, can I bring them in and he repairs the car he proceeds to tell me "no they put on quality parts Not over-the-counter" so because I would like to save $400-$600 on parts and buy the same exact parts from the manufacturers website and bring them into you they are not " Quality parts". They advertise "price match " but not once did he say if I found The exact same parts and manufacturer for a lower price would he match the price, they think because they advertise in the shop they are a "dealer alternative shop" that they can charge you an arm and a leg on aftermarket parts . It's crazy how I read the the reviews and one guy says he paid for your "premium parts" and he said they parts did not hold up to the "premium status " so do you really buy "quality " or "premium " parts as you say?????? He was not the only one fooled by that line. I understand yall running a business, but prices like that for parts are wild , i literally brought all the parts needed (MOOG) like he said for the axel and sway link and the struts for $400. I came to this auto shop after I've read good reviews. My car was making a loud rumbling sound in…read morethe morning when I first start it. The owner advised to leave the car overnight so he could check it when it starts first time. I left the car and next day he called me and said there was nothing wrong but because the engine was old, the oil rising up would make the rumbling sound and nothing had to be done. I took my car to A1 Japanese Autocare and the problem was found with the engine mounts that had to be replaced. Once it was done, no more rumbling sound. I suspect the AMA autoshop never examined my car. I wasted my time, paid for the Uber and was obviously lied to. Go figure.... may be this shop is like a gambling : you may get good service or you may get bad service, take your chances.

This place is a scam. My $607 bill for my brakes and rotors to be replaced turned into $971 bill…read moredue to 3 lug studs and 4 lug nuts being broken/ damage. While 1 lug stud was in fact old and already broken clearly 2 had been broken while in the shop at Allstar. Yet, they charged me almost $300 which was dropped by ~$150 bc they "took 30 mins to do the repairs rather than an hour". When I arrived to view the damage I was told that the studs broke due to erosion. As you can see by the pictures below the brake is clean and shiny, no erosion. Its not old. Its not "easy to break" and these things dont "break all the time" as I was told by Wade, THE OWNER. Nor is it threded and thats why its stuck. Clearly, the mechanic working on my car, Danny, put too much tension on the stud when taking it off and it broke. This place takes advantage of those who dont fully understand car maintenance and try to gas light you into thinking their upcharges are valid and necessary. Scare you into thinking if you wait or dont get the repairs you will damage ur vehicle more. The department of agriculture will be in contact.

I ordered a tire on Thursday morning, and they promptly called me Thursday afternoon to let me know it had arrived. I told them I'd be coming in Saturday morning, and they advised me to come as early as possible to avoid long wait times. I was even reminded to check for my wheel lock key before I leave the parking lot which I really appreciated. They always provide great customer service and handle everything in a timely and professional manner.
