We used their services for about 4 months for weekly cleaning and had to eventually end our services since their maids were braking items during their visits and not telling us. Instead of letting that staff go and providing more reliable members they stated they were unable to provide trustworthy employees and could not continue service. I contacted Karyna for a deep cleaning during 4/2017. She arrived with her team and they cleaned our entire house within a few hours. When they were finished I was a little disappointed that she charged me significantly more than what she quoted but didn't complain because I was pleased with how efficient they were. Upon them leaving I discovered there were several areas that had not been touched and parts of the deep cleaning service that were not performed. I contacted Karyna the following day to let her know about these things. Four months have gone by and I contacted Karyna to let her know I am expecting to deliver my child sooner that expected and would like to schedule for her team to return. Karyna agreed and stated she would send me a text to confirm the appointment. Several days pass before I receive a late text message (not a phone call) from Karyna stating that she will not be able to keep the appointment she has given me. This text message was received after her business hours and less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. At this point I reached out to Karyna to question why she waited until the last minute to inform me that she wouldn't be able to clean our home as planned. Because of the timing and inconvenience I then asked her if it would be possible for her to just come out for a quick spot cleaning with attention to specific areas. Most specifically our bathrooms, then return when she has the time to do the remainder of our house. I'm pregnant and pretty much out of time. Who would I be able to call at this point to come out less than 24 hours to clean my house? Karyna agreed but I was totally floored to learn that she would be charging me only $40 less than what she charged me to clean my ENTIRE house 4 months ago. She blames the significant price increase on her increase in insurance. Seriously? So I'm supposed to pay that amount for a spot cleaning and then turn around and pay more next week for the remaining areas of our home to be cleaned? Sorry, this is poor customer service and a perfect example of a business owner taking advantage of a pregnant woman desperate to have her home cleaned prior to delivery. What a shame. I'll have to find someone with better standards to clean my home after returning home from having my baby. read more
