One day I received a text that my cleaner was in an accident and wouldn't arrive. I found out later that was a lie. She and her family were picked up by ICE and deported though they are not gang members nor criminals. They sent someone else who seemed completely untrained and ill prepared to clean my home. She used an abrasive pad on the stainless steel trim on my custom Elmira stove that permanently scratched the surface. This appliance matches my custom refrigerator, major features of my home. On top of that she did not have a vacuum cleaner. Instead of asking to use my vacuum cleaner she left with the floors still dirty. I hoped that my previous cleaner would return but instead they sent another subpar cleaner who arrived without a vacuum cleaner. I started thinking they are just hiring anyone off of the equivalent of Craigs list. Since then they have done nothing regarding the damage to my appliance. I have asked them 3 times to have their insurance company contact me and haven't heard anything though the damage happened in April.

I've had to re-schedule multiple times as a bi-weekly customer, and Erica in the office has never made me feel bad about last minute sick kids and the such. I really appreciate the willingness to work around life's lemons if you will. The professionals work in teams, and in my experience, get my house far more pleasant in under two hours than I could accomplish myself in a week. I judge the comfort level of my house on my floors (we all have that one thing), and with sticky kids, fluffy dogs, and this incessant rain, the days I know TCA has been over I'm all too excited to get home, take off my shoes and skip around the room. I have no real experience with any other cleaning service, but for a few isolated instances over the years, so to be transparent I can't really compare I guess(?) to other companies. But in my opinion, TCA is reasonably priced, incredibly helpful, and they do a fantastic job combating my family's filth. I see no reason to switch it up, and I consider hiring them one of the best gifts I've ever given myself. I'm happier in my home and work environment. My family can wrestle on the floor without me thinking about them getting covered in dog dirt. And though it's a luxury expense which makes me feel weird when otherwise I try to keep a fairly tight budget, the expense made me realize that No, I can't do everything. At the end of 5 hours, the team informed us that they would need an extra $150 to clean the master bath. Actually, they cleaned the rest of the house and never even started the master. The team did a good job with the rest of the house. The issue is that the business model is not ethical or fair. You don't ask for approval for extra hours to clean a master bath and then leave it for last, never clean it, and ask for even more time to finish. Very disappointed with this company and their business model. We will not use them again and do not recommend them for this reason.

Every single time we scheduled a cleaning, we were given a time and the crew would arrive more than three hours later than expected arriving past 4pm. The final straw was when I called two days in advance to cancel our service, yet they still sent a crew to our house anyway. That level of miscommunication is unacceptable.
