I've stayed at the Holiday Inn express before and the fact the matter is, I travel with a backpack and not normal suitcases just because it's easier with my disability. I do say that the room was very nice and the rest of my day was OK. It was just awful on how I was checked in and how I was treated at the desk.

Tori was absolutely wonderful in getting us set up with a room very quickly at 1am, and made sure that we had everything we needed for the night since we didn't have our luggage. I always hate the pillows at Hampton Inn's, but these were actually pretty good. Shower had good pressure, and I loved the rubber ducky in the bathroom! When we checked out at 6:15am Tori was still on duty. She asked about my well being after such a short night. It was nice that she remembered us, and that she cared enough to check in as we were checking out. I am a diamond member, so I stay at a lot of Hilton properties. This is one of the best experiences that I have had. I don't leave a ton of reviews, but this business deserves a special mention.
