My daughter and I came on a gloomy day, but we were greeted with smiles and friendly conversation. My daughter was wearing her Pikachu onesie, and the lady (I'm assuming owner) was so incredibly sweet to her. We got drunken noodles with beef, and basil bamboo with pork belly. It was so delicious and enough for both my daughter and I to eat with leftovers. I feel like many food carts are overpriced, but they were reasonable and could probably up their prices a couple bucks without losing customers. It was hard to choose cause everything on the menu looked good but I tried the Kasoy special and never had anything like this before! It's a noodle soup dish with rice noodles served with a nice variety of protein (shrimp, sliced beef, meatballs, quail eggs, minced meat). Will definitely be back to try everything else! read more

The food was amazing! I got the waterfall beef salad which when I got it I thought it didn't have enough meat or dressing but as it turned out it was the perfect combination. It was so good.. definitely pretty spicy so be aware of that. I also got the meatballs which were super delicious as well and I got a pound of kimchi. I love kimchi and I usually buy at the jarred stuff at the store This was a thousand times better I highly recommend it. I got different stuff to try and was very very disappointed the special kasoy was terrible the noodles were dry and hard and the broth was bland. the bulgogi beef bowl was dry and bland.the egg was overcooked the meatballs tasted cheap anD no flavor. Today was my first visit to Kasoy & Co, and it won't be my last! I tried the dragon tongue beans with pork belly. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and the spiciness was perfect (I asked for it spicy). You can also tell the ingredients are fresh which is something I appreciate when eating out. The Kasoy was mildly spiced but so good! I added a little more chili oil to get it to the right heat level. Not everyone appreciates spicy food, so playing it safe means fewer unhappy customers. If you want any extra seasoning such as fish sauce, chili oil, oyster sauce, etc, it's all available to add to your own bowl. The kua mee (sweet stir-fried noodles) were a nice combination of sweet and salty. Jenny (the owner) and her daughter were both super sweet. They take the time to explain the dishes to their customers, especially people who have never tried Mien or Lao food before. Check them out and ask about their dishes! read more
