It consists of a bed of fried plantains, topped with a cabbage slaw, fried chicken, and a blend of delicious sauces. It's definitely a shareable dish as you can see from the video I've posted, and it's super delicious! Savor Catracho has a giant dining room painted a very striking Honduran blue.
