This is by far my favorite coffee stand in Puyallup. I look forward to coming here every time I visit my parents. The mocha shake is so good and they use ice cream in it. YUM! They can get pretty busy though. There are 2 serving windows. Most people tend not the see the front one. I tried their smoothies and I am not a fan. There is no real fruit and it was way too sweet. This four star is just on their delicious coffee. The costumer service is really good too. The gold digger is also a favorite, but I would say mocha shake is their best. read more

So by far the best place for coffee. My husband and I always order iced americano with almond milk and sugar free hazelnut. I've been to many coffee places and for some reason their Americano always comes out bitter and just tasteless. I've waisted enough money on garbage. I love this coffee stand because they know how to blend a drink, are always friendly and the girls are dressed professional. They have a large selection of menu items, and its close to the car wash and also Gotta Mail It store. They blend drinks perfectly! Never powder or syrup stuff at the end of your cup. I made up a drink with mocha and coconut (blended and low fat)-and its like liquid dynamite! You divide and conquer your day and then some. This is a great place to grab a coffee while you are running errands since they also have a drive through on both sides. I stop here at least once every other week-a treat to myself. read more

We went here for the first time yesterday. The barista was super nice, quick, and I loved my drink. We returned today and our barista had a horrible attitude and both of our drinks were wrong. There's nothing I hate more than a snobby barista and there are plenty of other coffee shops around with better customer service. I really liked my drink both days, so I'm pretty disappointed about the poor customer service today. I'll return one more time and see how that goes and update my review. read more

Since moving to the Puyallup/Graham area, this has become my favorite coffee place! The ladies are always friendly, my coffee has always been delicious! I've been known to be fairly picky about my coffee since i used to be a barista. I usually get a pretty basic order, either an Americano with a splash of cream and vanilla or just a plain old vanilla latte. They do the basics perfectly. I have a love hate relationship with this place. I've been coming here for about three years. I drive the same car, look the same, usually have my dog with me and yet- the same girls always act like they don't know me. I ALWAYS tip, and I'm beginning to feel like I'm just tipping out of "kindness" than actually feeling like I'm getting good service. I worked in retail for a long time and always made an attempt to know my regulars and even if they were quiet, you still need to be friendly. I want to continue loving you guys, but I have started going other places whereas I used to exclusively come here. I just feel like it used to be a cute and friendly shop and now the morning girls are either not friendly, catty or have absolutely no personality. I tipped a girl last week and she didn't even say thank you or goodbye as she grabbed the clipboard from me while looking to see if there was anyone in line behind and I awkwardly drove off. You're welcome? I will say the afternoon girls are generally much friendlier! The two working shifts this afternoon were very sweet and instantly gave my dog treats. I usually have to ask in the morning and I hate being "that person" but my dog gives me big eyes and she's so excited to get coffee. Coffee is very hit and miss. This was my first visit here and it was fairly unpleasant. My drink was made wrong even though it was a simple white chocolate Americano. I couldn't get a word into the the baristas because they were all talking to each other and then was treated so rudely when I told them my drink was incorrect. Not to mention the cost of the drinks here are way higher than most local mom and pop stands. Save your money and stick to a local stand or brew your own coffee at home. read more

We came here on Valentines Day! I ordered a mocha shake. Wasn't really in the mood for coffee but my husband wanted one. We pulled up and the barista was friendly, sweet, and efficient. Kassie's corner is literally the best coffee place around. I usually order a white mocha or the white coffee white mocha. Every singe coffee I order from this place is more than exceptional. Really tasty coffee. I try to treat myself only once a week because the blended shakes are so delicious I want to go everyday! The only problem I've had is twice now I've got the wrong order. Like going here because the girls at this location are a lot nicer and friendly it seems that the Graham location (except for one who always looks tired and mad when she talks). For the most part drinks always taste good as well. Only problem I have is the iced drinks!! Whenever I've gotten they are literally FULL of ice!! And getting a 24oz iced drink I get like 5 sips. I've even asked for light/half the ice & it's still too much!! Like more than half the cup!! Please stop putting so much!! You can make it with less!! read more

I found this place through a facebook ad and decided to try this place out with my best friend. Staff is awesome! The service is always friendly and cheery and the baristas are so gosh darn cute! The drinks are super tasty! My favorite is the Peach Ring and its sweet and sour and super refreshing! I'm glad I got the biggest size because my parents thought it was tasty too! Best Coffee in Puyallup! The Staff is very friendly and if there is a line they come out to your car and take your order! It's a very clean stand! Also very fair priced for their coffee and love that they have a cover drive thru! They also have a stand in Graham off 224th and have the same great customer service and coffee! read more

Moved to Washington from Vegas a few months ago and not really a huge fan of coffee at all. This is, HANDS DOWN, the absolute best coffee place around. The staff are always friendly & happy to see you & they definitely make you feel special; after the first time I got coffee there, I'd gone out of town for a couple of weeks, and upon returning from my trip (second time ever having gone there), the girls not only remembered my drink order (which is certainly not any sort of expectation I had, and it wouldn't have fazed me to have needed to tell them....I mean seriously, who remembers a drink order from a new customer that they've only seen/served one time, two weeks prior? It was pretty darn cool!), but they remembered where I'd gone on a trip and asked me how it went. I appreciate those little things greatly - especially in the state of Washington where we have coffee places every 10 feet it seems and no real distinction between any of them with regard to customer service nor product. Not the case with Kassie's Korner - I'm picky about my coffee.....and my order is weird....and they not only nail it every time, but it tastes better than it has from every coffee place I've ever ordered it from.....and I've pretty much tried every coffee-serving establishment in the entire Puyallup/Graham area. The customer service is what sealed the deal though - I'd forgotten what receiving good customer service felt like.....so many establishments, particularly those with a busy flow of customers and a young staff, have lost that aspect of their business. I'd become so accustomed to poor service and being treated like I've burdened the server with the audacity to order something while they're working, that I forgot that grabbing my morning coffee (or afternoon coffee....or evening coffee - possibly all three! Haha!) could be not only pleasant, but something to brighten my day because of feeling - not just welcomed - but a person that they were happy to see pop through their drive thru that day! I asked the opinion of one of the Batista's and she was really rude. I had never been there and I thought id try the gold rush or a different mocha. I only asked two questions which mocha was her favorite and then weather she had a preference between iced or hot. I asked because I work at a tea shop and some teas are better cold and others are better hot. And when I say better, I mean the whole flavor of the tea stands out. My first time there today, mind you I'm very picky with my coffee, so since this place is next to my new house I thought I'd try it. I couldn't decide between 2 drinks, so I had the barista "surprise" me with one of them. Turned out to be Mocha Shake, and I hated it. So I whipped back around to the drive through line and asked the barista for the other drink instead because the one I got wasn't good. The barista hesitated then said... "since I already made your drink, I can't just switch it out, I'm gonna have to charge you for another drink...." -_- not to mention I got 2 large drinks (a strawberry shake and a mocha shake), and my total was $16!! I'm sorry but that's expensive!! I just feel like if you are gonna run a business why would you just let customers leave unsatisfied? Never going back again, I wouldn't wanna waste even more money on a drink I don't like then have them charge me to change it.... I gave them an extra star because the strawberry shake was pretty good though. Conclusion: I'd rather go to Starbucks where I can afford a coffee, and they'll switch it if I don't like it, FREE. read more

I've ordered kassie's Korners coffee for over two years straight. One of the best coffee shops and makes the best peanut butter mocah frappacinoes. I've been to at least 100 different coffee stands and tried different variations of the peanut butter frappe and not one has tasted better. I definitely think you should add customer appreciation cards or discounts like Starbucks though. If you continue opening up the tuesday specials there needs to be blended frappe deals. I only drink frappacinoes and this is disappointing for a loyal, daily customer. Especially since I purchase a coffee almost every day that would seem pretty fair to me and gives me more of a reason to spread the news about kassies corner. I've urged tons of my friends to check out kassies corners and they really like it. Your coffee crew is outstanding and they work very hard. Keeping a positive atmosphere in the work force keeps excellent workers and keeps us customers happy. I hate coffee stands that have rude employees by far your company has impressed myself and others. They even interact with my son in the back seat and best of all they have the type of milk he likes and can drink (vanilla almond) and make his special with whipped cream and sprinkles! read more
