Used to go almost everyday but won't go again. I have had tip added to my receipt when I complained they offered me a dollar off, inconsistent pricing same girl charges for things no one else does, and when I complained about the coffee grounds in my drink I get attitude. If they got rid of that one girl and lowered their crazy high prices I might go back until then there are plenty of other coffee stands that don't trear customers like crap 10/29/17- updating review I hadn't my been here in a very long time due to a bad experience but after driving past my normal coffee stand I thought I'll give them a try again. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they brought the Blast concentrate back. I've been back several times in the past couple of weeks. I order the same thing each time and this time is was quite a bit more for the same two drinks when I asked why she said it's because I got it in a bigger cup. Seriously $1 up charge for a bigger cup? said well 32 ounce cups cost us more. So I paid $2 for cups. That's half the cost if one of my drinks. All they did was add extra ice. Last week I asked for a 16oz Americano in a 24oz cup, I needed room to add my protein shake. They said they'd have to charge me for the 24oz because the cup is more expensive. In my head I wondered if the 24oz vs 16oz cup price is more than the 2 extra shots of espresso that comes in the 24oz Americano. NO. Then yesterday I asked for a "splash" of heavy cream instead of half and half in my Americano. They said it would cost $1! I had to clarify, for just a splash?! Ridiculous. The coffee stand competition is steep in the area. I'm taking my business to another shop that isn't going to nickel and dime me. Thanks anyway Kassie. read more

I have a love hate relationship right now with this coffee stand and if you go through the reviews and the ones that didn't make Yelp star list you will see others also have had the same/similar issues. What I Love: First, I live across the street from this stand and love the coffee they use. It's so easy for me to stop here. The girls are always so sweet and friendly. I've only actually encountered one snappy one about a year ago when we first tried this place. Aside from that, they always are friendly and chatty. I love the gold digger! It's always nice and creamy and not to sweet! They are also known for their frozen hot chocolate and my kids love them! On days when I don't feel like the traditional coffee I love the mocha shake! Everything always comes out just how we ordered. Pricing is fair and comparable/cheaper than Starbucks or Bigfoot. What I don't love: That twice now in 3 months I have been overcharged on my tip. They both times have added in an extra dollar. I always tip a dollar per drink . On my experience last week we ordered 3 drinks for a total of 15 and change, I tipped 3 bucks making it 18 and change. My bank pulled 19 and change. I could maybe understand if the 3 and 4 were next to each other on the pad, and it was an accident... But it's not. I don't like feeling like I have to use cash here to avoid this from happening just to get the coffee I prefer. We went on a weekend trip this weekend and on our way out of our development my husband asked if we should stop for coffee. I said yes, but we went to Bigfoot.... Paid more which sucked, but it was the principal. Sure it may only be a couple bucks, but those are my couple of bucks to give and honestly it's a 25% tip I already give per drink. Note to the girls charging extra tips: You have people like me that will just write Yelp reviews to inform other customers( which will impact business) or you have people that will rat you out to your boss with proof in hand of tip fraud... Either is bad for your job. Just don't do it .. The extra few bucks isn't worth it. read more

By far the nicest looking coffee stand I have seen in a long time. The wife son and I stopped here after driving by it almost every week while on our weekly scenic drive(yes, I am that cheesy). They have a great selection of menu items here, the staff is great, they were super friendly and very happy to see my little boy in the backseat as was he excited to see them. My wife and I ordered the same thing. I normally do not get mocha type drinks but felt in the mood. We got something called the Sasquatch or avalanche, something like that, whatever it was it had hazelnut and chocolate. We got an extra shot and asked for it to be extra hot. Neither drink was that hot, I'm not saying they did not make it "extra" hot just stating it was not that much different from what I would consider normal. The drink itself was a letdown mostly due to the way it was described. It literally tasted like a normal mocha, the description had a few more things like hazelnut, etc. than what is normally in a mocha. For a mocha it was alright, although it would have been cheaper to order just a plain mocha. I will be back for their drip and to taste some of their other coffee items. read more

Needed some serious coffee and my daughter had a volleyball tournament nearby and yelp brought me here. The drive-thru was packed but the line went pretty quickly. As I checked in I saw that they offered a yelp coupon so I was pumped about that! Once I got to the window, I ordered my regular drink and also a breakfast sandwich, upon ringing up I was told I couldn't use the coupon as my drink was $3 dollars and some change and didn't qualify for the $3 off, ( I saw NO limitations) but didn't fit it. The breakfast sandwich was a microwaved fast food, prepackaged thing that I could chuck out the window if I let it cool down. Good thing I needed it too soak the previous nights libations or else it would have been a complete loss. The coffee was good and the service so-so. Probably won't ever return here and if in the area will look for another coffee shop. read more

Great coffee and excellent customer service! Location is kinda a pain but they have great products! Wish I would have stopped by sooner since living here. They have good coupons in the local valpak too! Beats Starbucks by a mile!!! I also love that if you check in on yelp you get any sized drink for $3! You also can earn triple air miles here if you use your Alaska card when singing up for their mileage plan dining! Win win! read more

I've been in town visiting family for the past week. As anyone in this area knows, there are coffee shops galore up and down Meridian. I tried a couple of them (Bigfoot is disgusting) and fell in love with Kassie's Korner. The biggest reason I've decided to come back here (now 4 times this week) is because of Sydney's sunshine of a personality! I had no idea what I wanted my first time going here and she was able to pick something for me that was beyond delicious. She is extremely personable and very sweet. I highly recommend this coffee shop because of her fun soul! I can't say the same about all of the girls there (some bad attitudes) but Sydney is a delight! read more

I stop by Kassie's Korner when I'm in the area, there coffee is always a hit or miss my normal is 16oz iced Carmel macchiato triple shot stirred with whip. My last visit I though there bagel sandwich sounded good! I was mistaken!!!! First bite was sorta soft bagel but hard second bite hard as a rock looked as if my bagel sandwich was in the microwave the entire time my drink was being made if not cars before. On my random occasions I only order my normal drink and the price is never the same. read more

I have been to all of the local coffee stands in the puyallup area. I keep going back to Kassie's Korner on South Hill for their outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. The girls are all amazing. The drinks are excellent and the cleanliness of the stand makes me want to come back. They are doing their part to keep the public safe from covid. I've come here pretty regularly with my husband throughout the past year since we moved to the area. The only other place that compares is Elite in University Place, but now that's a far drive for us. We have never had any problems with anyone being rude or unaccommodating. Some girls are nicer than others, but no one rude. After just a few visits, they started to remember us and know our drinks. Because of my diet restrictions I always kind of expect baristas to be annoyed with me but that has never been the case here. I have to get my drinks with heavy cream, not milk, and sugar-free syrups. (They have the most options here than many other places around and the butterscotch one is amazing!) read more

Slooowwwwww...... Coffee is pretty good so I went out of my way to go back. Don't know wth happened but I sat & sat & SAT there ! Definitely picked the wrong line. U can go to either side... one side kept moving & 4 cars got their order while the 2 cars in front of me didn't move for over 8 minutes ! A girl came out & talked to the car in front of me but didn't bother to speak to me. I kept waiting... finally had to back up & I left. Won't be back ! I was extremely excited to find out that this stand carried the "Lotus" energy drinks, so we switched our normal stand to this stand. For several days our drinks were the same price as our last stand, until today. Today our order was $3 more than normal and when I asked the barista why, she said it was because we ordered light ice and that was an extra charge. Not only had we not been charged for light ice for the previous few days, it's also ridiculous that I would be charged extra to get the amount of liquid that I actually ordered. I clarified that she was charging me extra because I actually wanted 24 oz of liquid in the 24 oz drink that I ordered and she said yes. Then another barista stepped in to say that it was because when you order light ice, you get more energy than you would with a redbull and so it's more expensive. I'm assuming she thinks that her customers are clueless, but I know that the selling point of carrying Lotus is that it costs the stand less money than redbull. They sell the stand a bulk jug of Lotus for about $32, and it only takes 2 pumps to make an entire drink. A Lotus drink contains two ingredients: Lotus energy and club soda, BOTH CHEAP ITEMS. When you order light ice, they simply top it off with extra club soda. My 2 pumps of Lotus energy do not equate to more than the 8 oz redbull that normally comes in one of those drinks, though that was her argument. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed, but I suppose we'll just have to keep going a little farther to Bean Tree on river road, they are much friendlier and don't charge you extra for the drink you ordered. read more

I love this place a lot and always go there. They have cheap coffee and their bullicious is really good. My only complaint is their ice can get dirty sometimes and they don't always realize. If you notice it before you leave they'll remake it but otherwise you're stuck so just make sure to check your drink before driving off read more

Great girls, always super friendly and coffee is really good. Not great but never really disappointed. This place is pretty expensive though (compared to others within 2-3 miles). I usually order a caramel mocha and its about .50-.75 more than others around them. Not a lot.. just saying that adds up if you drink coffee everyday like I do. They also don't participate in a rewards program (buy 9 get 10th free) which I found surprising. Again not a big deal but if you come everyday you like knowing your business is appreciated. read more
