I went to Kat Jackson after hearing about her from a friend in a local basketball league in Anaheim. It was a shot in the dark per se, but I'm glad I went through with it. I've suffered numerous injuries in the past during my high school and college athletic careers. I had an injured rotator cuff, severe neck stiffening, and lower back problems. I coped with it for about 5 years until it caught up with me, and I stopped exercising and lifting weights. And then.. I met Kat Jackson! At first, I was skeptical before walking in, because I've been to many of those "combination massage" places that offer you x and y massage for $/an hour. But Kat is completely different from them. I've found out that she works on professional athletes, division one college players, and normal folk like me! She asks you first "What hurts? How long has it been hurting?" after pin pointing your problem areas, she starts working on you immediately. Kat is a miracle worker! I booked an appointment with her while on vacation in California. I sprained my left hand/wrist after a fall last November 2018 which have not fully healed. I still experience pain specially if I put pressure on my hand. I could not fully practice yoga due to the pain, and my hand /wrist ROM was limited. The studio was very clean and relaxing. Kat knew which problem areas to target. She adjusted her hand pressure to make sure I was comfortable. We did "cupping" of my left arm (a first for me) but prior to initiating it, she educated me and made sure that I knew what it was for. She also noticed that my left side was very tight, so she made sure that it was given attention as well. I felt instant relief after the session. One great thing that she offered is the teachings.
