Royalty Spa is the best place to get your massages. Selina owns the place but she also gives some of the best massage. The facility is always well kept and I always feel taken care of. She's been doing this for many years and you can tell in her massages, she knows all the right pressure points to relieve tension. I recently visited this spa and overall had a really nice experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up. The staff was friendly and professional, and my service itself was excellent. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of, which is exactly what I was hoping for.The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is because I was surprised to learn that they would not let you leave if you didn't leave a tip (tipping was mandatory). This wasn't clearly communicated at the beginning of my visit, and I believe that's something customers should be informed about upfront. I absolutely value and appreciate service professionals, but transparency about additional charges makes a big difference in the overall experience. Aside from that, I did enjoy my time there and would consider returning -- I just hope they become more upfront about their tipping policy in the future. read more

Since I have discovered this massage place on social media & contacted Selina about it, I was a bit nervous about the location. I have gone to this place 3 times & I'm greeted very kindly & with a warm smile from Selina, who is beautiful & a wonderful massage therapist, I had 2 massage sessions with her & she has the best hands & great pressure. The best parts is when she loosened up all of my knots on the right side of my back & I felt so much better after the massage session. The interior of the massage place is very clean, tidy & organized & it has a calming & serene vibe. Getting greeted by Selina & seeing her smile makes me feel welcome & taken care of. This place was a good find. I'm in the area quite often and or passing through and needing a massage to relieve the ache and pain of community was essential. I normally go to a spa closer to home but this is a half way point for the times I'm not home. The price per hour was a little cheaper than the spa near home so that was a big selling point. Then I met the staff. They were more than willing to take care of me. I did have to wait about 15 minutes for the next available LMT to come in but it was worth it. I've suffered from a motorcycle injury for ver a year now and having this spa on my route has made recovery easier. I have come here about a dozen times now and the amount of passion the staff has for their clients is top notch. And the candies at the registration desk are a nice touch. I got the 30 minute foot massage for my first visit and it did not disappoint. I was asked to pay in advance and was seated right away for my appointment. The ambiance was fairly quiet with relaxing spa music playing. My foot massage started with a hot foot soak and shoulder massage- much needed! Then I got to lay down while the masseuse rubbed each foot wonderfully. To top it off, it ended with hot stones that felt absolutely amazing on my legs. I also appreciate the attention to my thighs and calves the masseuse included at the very end, as my lower body was aching prior to this massage! Best of all, the prices are extremely reasonable. A hidden gem! I have been here multiple times for deep therapeutic massages with Celina for only $45 for a full hour. Huge shopping center open parking lot makes it super convenient as well. I exercise a lot and though no injuries, my muscles get sore. Celina asks me where she should focus on, and definitely customizes based on where I need the pressure stronger. She has really strong hands and clearly formal training, as good as you'd expect from a high end spa. Other pluses- impeccably clean linens, rooms and bathroom. if i could give this place zero stars i would. this place has no respect for the word no. my spouse went to get a massage and had the worst experience. firstly when asking for the massage my spouse didn't ask for a deep tissue but Nancy who did the massage went in with so much unnecessary pressure. this left them all bruised and red when nancy asked them if they wanted a massage in certain places my partner said NO but she proceeded to massage them anyway. it made my partner so uncomfortable and on top of it all left them in so much pain. they left with their back very bruised and in pain. it's been a week and they're still not healed. read more

This place was recently remodeled and is very sanitary.  $45/hour including hot stones and essential oils. Six rooms including room #1 which has two tables, usually reserved for couples. Note the card incorrectly quotes the one hour price. I discovered it adjacent to the Wells Fargo at Harbor and McFadden where I went to the ATM.  There were then only two girls, Serena and Lucy, I checked, and as it gets busier one of them will manage and 2 more girls will be available. A bright new place if you want something "a cut above". I enjoyed my massage, and soft music, friendly treatment, and a bottle of water on exit. We have been coming here for a long time and our stamp card is full and they wouldnt accept it. They kept card bc it was no longer valid since they stated we used it already. First time going here and it was a great experience. I called to see if there were any available appointments for me and my girlfriend and they were able to take us in right away. Once we arrived we were immediately greeted and welcomed in. They offered a private room perfect for couples and gave us some great massages. The room had soothing background music, dimmed lights, and a pleasant ambiance. Throughout the one hour massage, they would ask us if we were comfortable and how much pressure we'd like. never get a massage from the lady name nancy. completely messed up my back. i asked for a regular massage and she did a deep tissue, cupping, and scraping WITHOUT my consent. i kept telling her i was in pain throughout the massage and told her to skip the cupping and scraping, she didn't stop. i kept wincing throughout the massage. she kept saying my body is TRASH. I was in pain the entire time and did not feel relaxed. a week has passed and my body is in PAIN. i just wanted a typical relaxing massage and came out beat up. don't go here unless you want to be violated. read more
