I wanted resolution, I felt I should be refunded since now I have to pay a fortune to have corrective color done and she refused to acknowledge me and tried to say it was my shampoo and conditioner. Which by the way is Kerastse high quality product color safe. I had only washed my hair three times and all the low lights pulled out. Do not go to Tanya for color of any type.
