The shop owner took advantage of the little knowledge I had with gaming PCs and overcharged me an arm and a leg for a graphics card, additional hard drive I hadn't requested, installing an SD card I had already purchased, upgrading my motherboard and CPU. He slapped on a few stickers to the case and called it a day charging me nearly 3k for few improvements. After breaking down the receipt I noticed he charged me over 1k for LABOR. I never confronted them because, again, I hadn't had the experience or knowledge building computers. 5 years later, it's a whole different story. DO NOT trust this shop, DO NOT trust the owner(Charles) regardless of whether and when they're reopening the shop. They are NOT trustworthy people that will rip anyone off first chance they get.
