They wear gloves and line the foot baths with plastic which I love and is sanitary. They had an amazing variety of nail polishes. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. It was about 45 min and it didn't feel rushed at all at any point. She removed calluses that have been there for years and haven't been removed by other nail spa visits to other places. The leg scrub, massage, hot stones and steam were all amazing. The manicure was a great price and I got a pretty yellow. I smudged my nails before I left and Michelle was very sweet about it and fixed it for me. When I left I smudged the same nail again and the guy (whose name I didn't catch) was quick to help me. They didn't make me feel bad, so I was happy and thankful for that. The color is amazing and they look perfect. The shape, everything was just what I wanted. To my surprise, she called me later that afternoon to tell me they could accommodate me due to a cancellation ... I was elated. The salon is small but I love the ambiance. Appointments are required. I would imagine it's hard to get last minute appointments Because of the salon size, so keep that in mind. The subtle glitter patient on the walls feels glamorous. It is clean. My first time experience this and I have to say I love it .... No jet tubs! They fill a large clean bowl with warm water and a delightful smelling mixture. Takes away a lot of the worry about sticking your feet in an unclean tub. You don't sit in a traditional salon massage chair rather a comfortable bench with throw pillows. The sugar scrub they use on your legs smells incredible and my legs are SO smooth hours later. I really loved Alyssa. Conversation was SO natural. My brows also look incredible and the waxing/tweezing was minimally painful compared to other experiences. This place is truly a hole in the wall gem. I knew it was new owners because the older owners were Korean and the new ones are Vietnamese. I recognize the language and confirmed by asking. The inside looks completely the same. She said okay with no reservation or hesitation. I then allowed for my nails to dry for over 25 minutes at their salon. She sent me off. I live 5 mins away and my nails all completely smudged. I had to cancel my other plans for the afternoon and return to get my nails redone a second time. Now, it has been almost 2 hours (for a simple non gel, non dip manicure). I ask to speak to the manager due to my displeasure with the service. He explained they don't like to "push their customers to not get 3 coats". Aren't they the experts when it comes to nails? Second time around, I chose a different color (thinking maybe the first one I chose was just an older polish) and only 2 coats. My nails have STILL smudged.
