    This is after 10 days!

What happened to this office since these pictures were taken? No pictures on the wall, no TVs...were those pictures staged? Can you say "Hodge podge" boys and girls? (hodge-podge: a confused mixture of furniture) with dirty walls and carpet. My son's insurance sent us here for wisdom teeth extraction (he is 27 yrs old). Non smiling receptionist - words are courteous but definitely not friendly. If you don't have a mask (which they require) they offer one FOR THREE DOLLARS. Seriously, a medical office you are paying thousands of dollars via insurance and copays and you have to pay for a mask?! My son said the walls were dirty in the operating room and it didn't look clean. They completed the surgery and only Motrin was given for the pain. He was in serious pain and his arm where the doctor put his IV was hurting and a big bruise, so we called the office for pain killers once the anesthesia wore off, but the doctor was "unavailable" and they could not call it in without her. Skip this office and doctor.

I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child--truly terrified. Because of that fear, I didn't start seriously taking care of my teeth until a couple of months ago, and I'm 41 years old. I knew I wanted to get Invisalign, but I also knew I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed first. To me, that was absolutely terrifying. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to my consultation, surgery, and post-operative care, everyone on the team was amazing. I was incredibly scared and nervous when I walked into the office, but they immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Yau is absolutely the best! He was patient, gentle, calm, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain everything from beginning to end and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The surgical team was just as wonderful. They were kind, compassionate, and talked me through the entire process. Before I knew it, they had started my IV, I fell asleep, and the next thing I remember was waking up with the procedure completely finished. I don't remember a thing about the surgery itself. So far, I have had zero pain thanks to the medication I was sent home with and the detailed instructions they provided for my recovery. Knowing exactly what to expect and how to care for myself has made the healing process so much less stressful. If you've been putting off a procedure because of fear or anxiety, please let this be your sign to go see them. I cannot thank the entire office enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed me. Thank you, Dr. Yau, for restoring my trust in dentistry. I will be forever grateful.

I had my…read moreprocedure on 4/20/26 (wisdom teeth removal) and as of today (7/24/26), I am still numb in my lower lip. It is slowly getting feeling back, but my main issue is my follow up visit that I went to a few days after my surgery. I felt as if I developed a hole from my wisdom tooth extraction site to my sinus. I was having issues with water dripping from my nose when rinsing and overall sinus pressure/something didn't feel right and called the office to inquire about it/update them. The receptionist on the phone urged me to come in so the doctor can take a look at it, but I explained how I didn't want to take time off work and come in, just to be told it would heal on its own. The receptionist urged me anyways so I took time off and came in. I want to start off by saying my entire appointment from check in to leaving was about 10 minutes. When I arrived for my appointment, I explained my concerns with the possible hole (pressure, leaking) and my continued numbness in my lip. Dr. Johnson didn't even take a look in my mouth to look at the incisions or the possible hole. He simply tested my lip numbness with a cotton swab and told me the hole would heal on its own. He explained the numbness can last up to a few months or even a year in some patients. I'm not upset about the numbness as the tooth was impacted, but the lack of concern about my concerns of the hole that developed (who knows though, maybe I didn't have a hole, but I wouldn't know nor would the doctor since he didn't look). He simply told me to call him back after a week or two to update him on the numbness and to take Mucinex MD for the pressure. I explained to the nurse I was disappointed and wouldn't be calling back. After the visit I was still having dripping from my nose and pressure and developed a pretty gross sinus infection that thankfully has gone away.

After I received my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance, I noticed several issues and called the insurance company to verify. They confirmed that my concerns were valid. The main issue was that my secondary insurance had been billed as the primary insurance. Delta confirmed they had no record of my primary insurance on file, only a note stating that I had another insurance plan. I worked with a Delta representative, and they explained that everything would need to be resubmitted either by the dental office or through a claim filed by me. When I brought this to the office staff's attention, I was not looking for an argument. I was simply trying to point out the issue so they could review it and correct the billing. Unfortunately, the staff became defensive and rude. That experience is what ultimately caused me to lose trust in the office after being a patient there for five years. To be clear, this review is not about the doctor's performance. My concern is strictly with the billing process and the way the office staff handled the situation. A billing mistake can happen, but how it is addressed matters. Patients should feel heard and respected when they bring forward legitimate concerns.

Both my husband and I have gotten multiple colonoscopies here, including mine a couple of months ago and his most recently. He also added an endoscopy, which he said he couldn't even tell afterwards as he had no soreness. Dr. Mokuolu is the gastroenterologist we see and he's amazing and seriously the best! The facility sets up text message alerts to the patient's driver as they move through surgery from prep to completion. I was informed every step of the way. I could sit and visit while he waited before and in recovery. The facility is in a nice clean parking lot with some fast casual restaurants nearby, so multiple options for a quick coffee or bite to eat while waiting. I just walked because it was so close. When back in the office waiting area, there is cold water and a coffee machine. Lots of seating inside and some in the main lobby as well. Shout out to Danielle, Amy, Ramee, and Heather who helped take care of my husband. My caretakers were Jayeline, Ashley, and Ashley N. The only negative is the fire alarm was being tested about 9am, which I commented to the maintenance that they shouldn't do it while people are in surgery, as it's very loud. It wasn't anything to do with the surgery center, because this was the building operators scheduling it. See everyone again in 5 years or so!

I feel so fortunate to have had Dr Hendrickson recreate my teeth. I consulted with my own (now former) Dentist "NS" I have had for years, and the wax up was terrifying. Reminiscent of the "Trivago" guy. OMG!! The teeth were HUGE!! I ran screaming, went home and cried, and never went back to that office. Also, that bad dentist did not provide straightforward pricing. It was a nebulous range, requiring 2 Dentists in 2 different offices with 2 different sets of charges and for only one arch. AND he was going to match my new teeth to my old teeth. What?! Dr Gregg's services and fees for 2 arches was far more Comprehensive, reasonable, honest, well-explained and supported. And preferable. Of course I would rather have both arches done. And there were great financing options. The Office Experience was unsurpassed. From Start to Finish. So professional. So proficient. So friendly. And they perform all of this magic seamlessly whilst making you feel like family. World Class! I cannot fathom a more favorable outcome. FLAWLESS! I don't hesitate to say that this Team will exceed your every expectation. Exponentially. Every step of the way.
