I can't say enough good things about Dr Gregg Hendrickson! I had a dental implant that was placed by another dentist twenty five years ago. The dental implant was in my sinus due to a failed bone graph (sinus lift) that was placed at the same time. I've had chronic sinus infections over the years and have seen many specialists that didn't seem to want to take on the task of removing the dental implant from my sinus and bone until I met Dr. Gregg! He removed it, repaired the tissue and did a bone graph with very little discomfort. He and his staff took excellent care of me. As for me, No more sinus infections!!! It's like I'm a new person! I have to say the staff here are over-the-top, friendly and helpful. First, we scheduled a teeth cleaning for my son. We ordered bleaching trays for him, because his teeth are kind of yellowish. It took about a week for the trays to come in. My son is using them and his teeth are slowly turning a little bit whiter. His teeth are really sensitive, so he has a hard time using the trays on a regular basis. We were contemplating taking out his wisdom teeth. After talking with Dr. Hendrickson and since my son hasn't had any pain in his jaw, we decided not to take out his wisdom teeth at this time. Dr. Hendrickson came in and explained the pros and cons of removing his wisdom teeth. At first we were going to proceed with the procedure, and they required a full payment before the operation. So we paid in full The next day I spoke to two people who still had their wisdom teeth. They never had to have them removed. It's kind of like something we just do in our society. Then my family discussed it some more and decided we should wait, because the wisdom teeth weren't bothering my son, and three of them are already through. They were quick to refund the money we had paid, minus a $96 fee for the anesthetic consultation. I really appreciate this dental office. I am terrified (or I should say WAS terrified) of the dentist. Because of this I neglected dental work that was needed. An emergency brought me in and I had been suffering a lot of pain. Dr. Major and the dental assistants gave me a clear dental plan, and got to work right away. I recently had a cleaning at a new facility because of insurance change job change all of the things. I was wary about a new hygienist because of various reasons. I had the luck of being paired with Rhianna. She was kind warm and gentle to this new gal that didn't want to be there. I cannot recommend Dr. Gregg, Dr. Le, and the team at Comprehensive Dental strongly enough! I got top and bottom Hybridge full-bridge implants and cannot think of a better investment that I've made in myself, outside of getting sober (which is what made all of this possible in the first place). After nearly a decade in active addiction, I came to the office in May of 2023 in very rough shape. Because I'm relatively young, I was pretty devastated because I was absolutely convinced that dentures were the best-case scenario I faced. I was so beyond ashamed of the state I was in. In my initial consultation, Dr. Gregg was completely non-judgmental, quickly assuaged my concerns, and explained what Hybridge is and what the process would entail - lots of pictures, scans, and try-ins, a bone graft, two implant surgeries...It was honestly pretty daunting at first! But I felt confident undergoing the process with Dr. Gregg because of his experience and expertise in the field. It turned out that not only was my trust well-founded, but he, Dr. Le, and their staff are all extremely kind, too! When I finally got to see my new teeth for the first time, everyone piled into the office to see my reaction, which was just beyond cool and one of my favorite memories of the process. These people very clearly care about their patients and take pride in the life-changing work they're doing. Obviously, I figured getting my teeth fixed would have a huge impact on my life, but I didn't realize just HOW huge and overwhelmingly positive that impact would be! I can comfortably eat most foods, speak clearly, and have more confidence in myself than I've ever had, even before my teeth got messed up. I've been seeing Dr. Le for my Invisalign treatment. She has been very thorough along with her staff. My first appointment they took pictures, x rays and scanned my teeth using the Invisalign special tool. She told me it would take a few days to get a quote and she contacted me a few days later with treatment length and cost. Obviously everyone's cost will be different depending what you need corrected. I didn't know what to expect when they were putting the buttons on my teeth but her assistants tell you what they are doing and they definitely know their stuff. It's also super nice that they give you a blanket to feel secure when the room is cold. Definitely give you the VIP treatment while you are there. If I have any questions I can call the office and they will respond. They have a high tech appointment system in where the email you and text you. I was referred to Dr. Hendrickson by a pastor friend of mine. He raved about Dr. Hendrickson and I was having serious dental issues at the time. I had already had one root canaled tooth pulled that was abcessed leaking into my sinuses and now I had another root canaled tooth that was possibly abcessed but this one was under a bridge. I went in for a consultation. Angela and Dr. Hendrickson spent a huge amount of time explaining to me what my options were. We scheduled surgery and now I'm 2 weeks post op and I couldn't be more thrilled with how skilled Dr. Hendrickson was. He saved my permanent crown that was under the bridge and I'm getting three implants done with him once my bone graft heals. In addition, I trusted Dr. Hendrickson with my first born child and two days ago Dr. Hendrickson removed all (4) of my son's wisdom teeth. The care that he and his staff took with my son is truly unmatched. I've been to a lot of oral surgeons and dentists and Dr. Hendrickson by far is the most compassionate and skilled dentist I've ever been to. My surgery was filmed (with my permission of course) because Dr. Hendrickson teaches dental students. Mine was an unusual surgery because of the failed root canal abcess that was under a bridge. It was a tough surgery but Dr. Hendrickson made it look easy. You would be a fool to go anywhere else if you need implants. Dr. Hendrickson does the entire implant not just the titanium post. Before Dr. Hendrickson, I was seeing a local oral surgeon and he just wanted to do the bone graft and the post. He was going to send me to my regular dentist to do the crown abutment. I tried to book an appointment online on 12/27. The only day available for 2 months was Jan 1st. Thought that was strange but..... I need to get in... so I booked it. Almost immediately, I got a call from a super nice lady stating she didn't know why the website was doing that and that they wouldn't be open (makes total sense). She said she would have someone call me when they came back on 1/2 and get me in right away. I had done a lot of research and decided "on paper" this is the person to have a consultation with and hopefully fix my mouth. Well, I get an email on 1/2 that the earliest they have available is 1/25. Unfortunately, I can't wait that long. Being that busy is a good problem to have and it isn't on them that I let this go too long. I just wish there would have been transparency with the appointment availability so I could have called other places. All of that aside, everyone was very nice and professional and if you aren't in a rush, I definitely would try this office out. read more

My care was fine. However, the office manager is completely unreliable and inefficient with payment issue and resolution. I moved to another state. I received my last bill which I paid in full. The office had over-billed me and owed me a refund of around $150. They sent the refund check on March 30th. I never received/cashed the check. On April 19, I called the office and let them know I needed a new check reissued as I havent received it. They said they had to go through their office manager. The office manager would check with the bank to ensure the check was never cashed (it wasn't) and reissue a check with in 10 business days. It is May 26 and no new check has been issued. I have had to call the office multiple times where they are "checking on it." Per the notes from the admin, as of today no check has been issued since the original check was mailed on March 30th. When asked to speak to the manager who is responsible for reissuing, I was told the office manager is only in 1 day a week and comes in randomly so I can't actually speak to her. When asked to speak to the office managers supervisor since she is not in on a regular cadence, I was told they could leave a note for a doctor but they have no protocol for this. Completely unacceptable business practices. If I owed them money, they'd be sending me to collections. read more

LET ME START BY SAYING IVE NEVER LIKED THE DENTIST...UNTIL NOW. I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning. I was skeptical at first because they have so many amazing reviews and they were able to get me in right away for a FREE consultation with Dr. Le. This was in stark contrast to THREE other dentists that were requiring me to schedule a cleaning, Pay 89.00 dollars, or be established as a patient JUST to speak to the doctor!! Comprehensive however was different. The consultation was FREE and Dr. Le spent so much time talking through my concerns with me and even was willing to think through uncommon and novel solutions to my concern. At no point did she make me feel rushed at all, and even when I called back they got her on the phone. I came back for a cleaning and xrays and I AM NOT EXAGGERATING the atmosphere and the people are just as kind, and wonderfully compassionate as everyone says they are. It's incredible the atmosphere and attitude they maintain in this office. And that was before I got my cleaning... I have high anxiety about cleanings and usually am sweating and exhausted when it's over but not this time. The most relaxing cleaning I've ever had in my life. One part was sensitive and she immediately told me why, and that she was be aware of those areas in my mouth. And she absolutely was. I couldn't believe I had suffered so much In all my previous cleanings for nought. This was a completely different experience. I wish I knew the names of the women who helped me at the front desk, but between Dr. Le, her assistant, and Marvelyn, I had the most wonderful experience. Dr Hendrickson is an impressive, highly skilled dentist and oral surgeon. For many years he ran a very successful practice doing both implants and general dentistry. A few years ago he focused on more profitable implants and hired help for the rest. The outcome has been disappointing. Dr Le is clearly skilled but young and inexperienced. In a few years she may become an excellent dentist and a good manager of staff. Unfortunately, I could not wait. Generational transitions are often difficult in closely held businesses. Dr. Le is the best dentist I have ever had. She truly cares for her patients and listens to their every concern. She addressed all of my needs very quickly and easily. I had a crown put in n went to Comprehensive Dental. As always, the place is spotless n the staff is so nice they treat u like family. They follow the Covid 19 procedures to the max. Call before u enter their building, then wait in your until ur room is prepared. Once in they take ur temp. Dr Lee n her assistant Kinski were my tormenters, kidding, they were coveted from head to toe n took every precaution for a safe n speedy job on my new crown. That's right, walked out of there in two hrs with my new crown. They make them while u wait. Dr Hendrickson's office is in Henderson n you don't have to fight for parking. NOT good service at all. The receptionist did Not do her job when I give her my insurance info and she said no charge when making my appointment. Even though I had been there before, they said I needed another exam before cleaning. All I wanted was a cleaning to start with. Because I was not satisfied with their dentist but because she said no charge, I let them do an exam. Came back again for cleaning and was charged for office visit that I never wanted . They create business for them selves. The person doing the extras was not good. The dentist was not good and very dissatisfied with this office.
