I had a visit here to get veneers on my 6 lower front teeth, when they were ready for delivery, I came in and unbeknownst to me the person who assisted me the entire visit, including adjusting my bite of natural teeth, and the veneers was a dental assistant. Since having the veneers placed, I have experienced tremendous pain and on my next visit when I pointed this out to the actual Dentist, she stated that they did not cover my tooth enough and that's why I was having sensitivity/pain as well as the two canine teeth look ridiculous like a bulldog. I'm more concerned with the pain than I am concerned about aesthetics at this point I was crying and she said please let me fix this so I agreed we had an appointment for July 19th, I sent an email to the office that I did not feel comfortable with the same Dentist and would like a different Dentist or a refund. On Saturday I received a phone call from the office manager stating they needed to cancel my appointment on July 19 as they do not do Sunday appointments which they were already aware when they made the appointment which leads me to believe they never actually intended to help me. As a healthcare provider myself, I find this very disturbing number one to have a patient in pain and not try to assist is disgusting and unethical. I asked the manager to notify the owner Dr. Kashani as if I was the owner. I would definitely want to be made aware of this situation and there is much more to the situation. However, this is the main concern. Please see the pictures of my lower veneers they did which are terrible and are causing me extreme pain. The most appropriate thing to do in this situation as a business owner is to reach out personally and find a solution. If you do come here, I would suggest asking who is working on your teeth to ensure is it Dentist who has the proper education. Had the dentist looked at the veneers before the dental assistant permanently cemented them on she would have seen that they were not appropriate as she stated to me after they were permanently cemented.

Dr. Jamsheed and all the other dentists under him (including Dr. Safende) should be ASHAMED of themselves as medical providers and take a look in the mirror and reflect why their ethics gone down the drain in place of money. My experience: My teeth have generally been quite healthy over my life, I came in for their $79 cleaning special and wasn't sure what to expect. Got my X-rays done (the dental assistant was great!) and then I waited for the dentist. Dr. Safende comes and says I have no cavities, however I need: 1.) A deep cleaning 2.) To fix my overbite with a retainer/invisalign 3.) Bottom wisdom teeth removed. He doesn't ask me if I've ever had issues with my jaw, pressure or anything. Just immediately straight to the sales pitch of things no other dentist has ever told me that I needed. Total estimated cost $12,000+. During my visit I was introduced to 6 employees, (4 of which were there to sell me, baffling) Basically high pressure sales tactics done poorly. Yeah sure I "need" all of those things. Good thing I have dentists in the family who provided a second opinion and negate all the things that I "needed" to get done. The complete lack of ethics, the sales and marketing pushes to over treat are unfortunately common in modern dentistry. I feel awful that the other patients here are getting scammed and they are so unaware. It is very hard to find a trustworthy dentist, and trust me you will NOT find one here.
