I worked in a 1000 Rx a day pharmacy and these people are doctor shoppers whose regular doctors won't give them narcotics so they seek out other doctors and then get disappointed and aggravated when they don't get their drugs. This makes me want to give Dr. K more stars! You don't go to a doctor to get drugs. You go to a doctor to get treated to feel better. I also discussed acupuncture or physical therapy for my sciatica and medication for fat buildup under my ribcage. I finally got acupuncture after six months, but I still haven't received medication for the fat buildup, which is common for people with HIV. He was very systematic, taking the time to ask professional and in depth questions to navigate the many variables of my case, including recent international travel and a recent bout of pink eye. As my full-body soreness spread and intensified rapidly, Dr. Zimmerman quickly ordered over 20 labs to rule out various infections and conditions. Before working with Mike, I had been to the ER twice without receiving any answers; they simply didn't have the time for me. What I appreciated most about working with Mike was his genuine care. I truly felt that he wouldn't stop until we had the answers we needed. Incredibly, Dr. Zimmerman had already identified Vasculitis as a top candidate before my primary symptom, a severe full-body rash even appeared. He had already helped me schedule a dermatology appointment in advance, so my skin graft was set for the day after those symptoms surfaced. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT? why would you say that?? they would only offer short term disability and stated preemptively that they will not renew due to the amount of work it takes. multiple professionals i've consulted have told me that she should file for disability. only barrier is the lazy doctors here not signing the form because it's too much work. BOO!!! such a shame because this was where i went for a very long time as well, as a kid. as long as i have the option to, i will NOT ever return. quality has gone so downhill.
