The staff are always really nice and remember you when you go back. I regularly get a pedicure with Lucy and she's great! Peter did my nails once too and he is very precise. I don't know if the workers there are the owners, but they were nice. Smaller salon, which I like because it is more personable. It is tucked away in a strip mall. Brought my daughter in for a gel polish as a treat for back to school. When I called in the morning, the lady who answered told me gel manicure for a teen is $20. I was surprised when I was charged $22 for a gel polish. I would think a polish would cost less than a manicure. I took one star off because of this. Even with this surprise, I would recommend the salon as a gentleman did a great job. My teen is still happy days later! read more

I have to say, I will no longer come back here. Although Peter and Katie were great for the two years I went, things have changed. The quality of Peter's work is not the same. In addition, my nails were always $35. He would keep charging my card more and more each visit without even telling me! I thought this was rude and poor customer service. I finally asked, his response was $2 for cutting my nails? I get simple one color gel polish no design. Don't you trim them cuz they grew out? Originally $35 went all the way up to $42 for my nails. Pedicure was always $25 and went up $27 without notifying me, just charging my card. I don't mind if they let me know it advanced, don't just grab my card and charge a new price. Anyhow, it's unfortunate but I will find someone new. read more

I have been going to Katie for years and her attention to detail is not like any other person you will find. Her and her husband Peter opened up the shop a few years back. Before that I would go to her at another salon for over 10 years, so she definitely knows what she is doing. She does all the things that other nail techs forget to do like make sure each nail is the same length, turn the nails around so that they are straight across instead of crooked and make sure to trim all of the extra skin from around the cuticle. You wouldn't think that this is very hard to find at other salons, but it definitely is. I also like my nails thin, and she knows how to do them just perfectly! today 6/20, first time i used this nail salon. i mean, i walked in and the lady were kind of arguing in their language. it made me feel like it was about me! the owner said they are arguing about who gets the next client. the lady that did my nails, was ok. but she charged me for "cutiing" my nail??? ming you i normally have my nails short, but it was 4 weeks since i had it redone! and what do you think "thier cutting it short" means, she filed it just a little down! that's what there meaning of "cutting down" down means! i went for a refill and pedi (gel polish), like i always do. they are greedy! i give her a $3.00 tip, since the bill was $93.00. there goes her tip!!! i'm usally very generous, but i couldn't imagine her charging me for that! read more

Stopped by on saturday and it was pretty busy. I had to wait about 15-20 minutes for my pedicure and full set which generally I would be annoyed about but it was busy and Kate was super attentive and apologetic. I got a natural full set and I'm pleased with the overall job. I didn't like the way they did my pedicure at all but I'm picky when it comes to my feet so I won't judge harshly for it. I opted to try Katie's based on the reviews which said; clean, efficient, no real small talk, and actual walk in service, which is everything I like. I stopped in on a Thursday shortly after opening. There were two ladies getting pedicures and a free nail tech. I asked if I could get a fill and pick out my colors. The nail tech greeted me and brought me to his station. I'm very unhappy with the experience I had here today. I came to get one nail fixed that had broke since I had them ago about a week ago. They had me wait for at least 15 minutes while they had multiple workers just sitting there on their phones. I was told it was $4 to fix the nail when I went to pay, which I was fine with, but I've never been charged to get one nail fixed. I didn't have any cash and they told me they had a $15 card minimum and they would have to charge me that much since it was their minimum?? I've never heard something so ridiculous and obviously I'm really annoyed and will not be returning. read more

Do not come here. You will be here for almost 2 hours for a gel pedicure and you will wait for one hour to just get your gel taken OFF. They will keep saying 5 minutes, 5 minutes and it's an hour later. Not worth it, time is money and I could of done so many other things in 2 hours!!!
