I think if you're a week out it's pretty safe, but since we were a couple days out we couldn't get appointments at 1 p.m. and had to go with 11 a.m. instead. Since we were 11 a.m. I had a busy morning and rushed out without coffee. I asked if they had coffee and they do, but it's powder from a package. Therefore, it is already sweetened with creamer and sugar. It was a little too sweet for me, so next time I know I need to bring my coffee. I really enjoy the decor of the place, it has a lot of glitter (which I love) and tons of greys and blue. They really like this dog training show and play it on the TV. It's a random thing to notice, but I miss when they played the home improvement shows. However, since I was there with my sister we were busy chatting instead. Their no frills pedicure (which is still great) is $33, which I think is a great deal. I feel like my feet were pampered and I have a new color that stays on pretty long. Overall I really like this place and I'll keep coming back for pedicures. If you have an appointment they are pretty on the ball about making sure they see you on time.

Been happy with the service after several years, but a recent bad experience with multiple (6 nails…read moretotal) nail fungus on my left and right hand left me pretty disappointed (I had already stopped pedicures due to same but blamed the various pedi techs). When speaking to Oliver (my hand nail tech all these years), I wasn't happy but understood it seemed like the funguses came all at same time from one "bad" fill... ok, I guess that can happen to anyone. Bad application or bad liquid, idk but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt to make it right. However I was surprised at his reaction and lack of responsibility... despite my trying to be understanding. Oliver is a good tech however when a business owner doesn't apologize or make any attempt to correct an error completely, it basically communicated another side of the business I didn't want to continue to be exposed to. Not caring is not acceptable.
