I specifically wanted to find out whether brushing was included. I was honestly shocked to learn that the $30/month wash and blow-dry service only includes a bath and nail trim, followed by putting your dog in a cage with fans blowing on them until they're dry or picked up. I understand the reasoning behind not wanting to send a dog home soaking wet, but I have to ask: **how is this meaningfully better for the dog than bathing them at home and allowing them to dry comfortably in their own environment?** The entire concept of leaving a dog confined in a cage with fans blowing on them just to dry them seems incredibly impersonal and, frankly, sad. These are people's family members--not laundry that needs to be dried as quickly as possible. What also really bothered me is that the website emphasizes that they don't want dogs going home wet because they could potentially get sick. Yet the alternative being offered is essentially prolonged confinement in a cage with fans until the dog dries. That doesn't feel like a particularly thoughtful approach to the comfort or wellbeing of the animal. I ended the call and immediately signed up for the $135/month Sparkle grooming service instead. Yes, it costs significantly more, but after hearing what this service actually consists of, I would much rather spend the extra money on my dog and know they're receiving actual grooming, attention, and care. **If you're considering this service, I would strongly encourage you to ask exactly what happens to your dog after the bath. Personally, I couldn't justify paying for a service that I feel I could provide more comfortably and compassionately at home.** Our dogs deserve better than the bare minimum. They're worth every penny.

We got videos and pictures sent us while we were on vacation and just knew that our dogs were having the very best time! The property is large with plenty of room for the dogs to get energy out and play as well as structures and even a covered play area for when it's snowy or muddy outside. We could not be happier with leaving our dogs here while we were gone! We have definitely found our go to for when we can't take our dogs with us.

Your dog is treated as family while in our home. I send lots of pictures so you can see how happy your dog is so you never have to worry. I absolutely love my career working with dogs. The dogs run and play outside, we have two hours of quiet time in the middle of the day for some rest. With doggy swimming pools, large sand box, tetherball, tug of war ropes, three toy subscriptions delivered monthly, room to run, slides, tunnels, ball pits, on hot days we play in the sprinklers, puzzle games for the dogs when we are stuck inside, we’ve done crafts and the kids love to play fetch with the dogs! I've tried to make this doggy heaven! With the yard fully fenced twice and double gates at doors we take precautions no dogs slip out. We are able to separate dogs inside and out if any of the dogs don’t get along. We have a doggy door so they can go out any time needed, running water trough so we always have water available. We have several kennels, bowls, beds, and toys so all you need to bring is dog food. Poop is picked up daily and kennels/bowls are sanitized between dogs. I am out with the dogs during all business hours and dogs are in kennels when not supervised for safety. I have several cameras on the dogs at all times as well. We’ve covered our bases to keep your dog safe!

We were local customers for our rescue aussie-poodle mix to this place for over 2 yrs. We walked away because my dog got an infected nail that was spilt and she had just visited, we took our sweet girl home and ended up figuring out there was a problem with her nail. I took her to the vet, $200 in expenses for that trip. I mentioned it, Melanie said she didn't know what Our dog went back and that the last time I WILL EVER take our dog there she came home with a scab on her sanitary groom. It was COMPLETELY raw skin. I have photos, but they are honestly too darn disturbing and gross to post, and they are photos of my dogs butt, so I'm not going to post those. But that trip cost another $200 for the vet and MULTIPLE meds. My vet asked me who it was, I told them. They reported it! They even made recommendations of people for me to go to. I demanded a refund, which I got. But there were a few times towards the end that I took our dog there and the kennels smelled like straight up urine. Melanie kept upping the prices, I have proof on my venmo account of when we starting taking our dog it was $45 before trip and then it was over $100 before tip by the time we ended services. Melanie was good at working us into the schedule at the beginning, but she grew way too fast and her quality of services and the lies became too much. You make a mistake grooming, fine, then apologize! Don't lie and cost me over $400 in vet bills for my sweet rescue pup.
