They refresh water, check robot feeders, feed a can of wet food each visit and it doesn't stop there. They also pet and check on the welfare of the cats plus pick up mail or packages for us.. We get texted a picture of each cat or several and a written update on how the visit went. We have never had 1 issue with anything missing or even a picture frame moved out of place. My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. We have a shy kitty that will hide from time to time, but YHPC sitters eventually will win her over and coax her out to feed and get petted. Communication before and during the time we were away was really good; and I looked forward to my daily updates on how they were doing. Although our cats were struck with a sudden shy streak and would hide from her when she came in; they were eating and drinking normally so they clearly weren't missing us that much! It was also nice to come home to our mail in a nice neat pile and our trash ready to be picked up. Right now she's knocked out since I picked her up. The staff genuinely have a natural love of dogs you can't fake. When you're on the run in the mornings, they come out to your car and take your pooch. I've always been happy with their grooming services. They also have pet supplies, special play areas for dogs with special needs (i.e. not fixed, jumpers, in heat, etc), pet suites for boarding. They host behavior/training classes and donate the venue to animal rescues to host special pet events/fundraisers. What's not to love?!?! There hours are very accomodating. Ususally 7am-7pm, may want to check. And I love the half-day option (6 hours) rather than the full-day as well if you need a couple hours to handle things. When I'm running late, and haven't had the chance to let out some of Harlow's energy - I can drop her off in less than 10 minutes and know she'll be taken care of. Instead of worrying if she's going aggro on my latest Italian leather heel. I don't trust Harlow with my mother. Harlow doesn't trust herself with my mother. But with Classy Canines, never another thought until it's time for pick-up.

Anyway, upon arrival I asked the lady (unknown name) to make sure his hair on his body isn't scalped and to make sure his face hair is just cut down. She stated that she understood. Well I come back and I didn't even recognize my dog. Heck he don't even recognize himself. She stated, " he's acting like that because he feels weird without all of that hair. (Maybe she can read his mind) because he's sure been acting sad lately and normally he's a happy and jubilant dog. My babies are so upset. Anyway, The owner called me just a minute ago and I had to let her have it because she tried to say we neglected the dog. Even though we have had it a little rough and was given the dog in November, from the winter storm to house fire just last month ( it's been rough.) I showed her his papers I got his shots and etc. in January. So it wasn't that bad. I showed her all of his papers she barely looked at them.
