Each time she visits, she spends at least 30 minutes with them. She also sends us a comprehensive report each time she visits, which includes a write-up, pictures, and other important information. She's also done little things to go above and beyond - she swept the floor before we arrived home because our cats had tracked some litter throughout the house. We get texted a picture of each cat or several and a written update on how the visit went. We have never had 1 issue with anything missing or even a picture frame moved out of place. My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. We have a shy kitty that will hide from time to time, but YHPC sitters eventually will win her over and coax her out to feed and get petted. Communication before and during the time we were away was really good; and I looked forward to my daily updates on how they were doing. Although our cats were struck with a sudden shy streak and would hide from her when she came in; they were eating and drinking normally so they clearly weren't missing us that much! I believe that she went through a tough time before I adopted her. I saw the great yelp reviews and I decided to call and she answered right away and agreed to meet my dog and I was that afternoon for a walk through. I wound up leaving my dog over the weekend and Julie was very sweet and you can tell she is an animal lover. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her. She has excellent communication skills too. My dog came home and was happy to see me but she was a happy happy dog so I that's a great thing. The staff have always been caring for my dogs and they have a webcam that you can access from your phone so I could watch my dogs the whole time they were there!! Tio always does such an amazing job on my dogs! I rescued a stray that was left at 7/11 a few months ago and Tio did an amazing job of caring for his badly irritated skin by bathing him in oatmeal and aloe. The owner is super sweet and always pays extra attention to the care of the dogs and the needs of the customers and you can tell that they really love working with animals. I will only be taking my pets here. They have private suites available too for your pets if you want them separate from the other dogs.

Anyway, upon arrival I asked the lady (unknown name) to make sure his hair on his body isn't scalped and to make sure his face hair is just cut down. She stated that she understood. Well I come back and I didn't even recognize my dog. Heck he don't even recognize himself. She stated, " he's acting like that because he feels weird without all of that hair. (Maybe she can read his mind) because he's sure been acting sad lately and normally he's a happy and jubilant dog. My babies are so upset. Anyway, The owner called me just a minute ago and I had to let her have it because she tried to say we neglected the dog. Even though we have had it a little rough and was given the dog in November, from the winter storm to house fire just last month ( it's been rough.) I showed her his papers I got his shots and etc. in January. So it wasn't that bad. I showed her all of his papers she barely looked at them.
