We hired Xmas Crew for a holiday light install and it was a mess from start to finish…read more What was promised in the quote and emails was not what was delivered: -Spacing was much wider than specified -Install was crooked and sloppy -The sign was smaller and uneven -The lights weren't even powered on when they left -- we had to hire our own electrician to finish the job When we raised concerns (politely, with photos), instead of fixing anything, they immediately demanded full payment and threatened early removal of the lights, even though their own invoice showed a January due date. They referenced an "agreement" that was never provided, couldn't produce it when asked, and then stopped responding entirely and blocked communication. The lights were eventually removed weeks later with no notice. If you're considering this company, be aware: once there's an issue, they stop communicating and switch to pressure tactics instead of service. Would not recommend.

He offered to refer me to another vendor but I prefer finding someone who has better business ethics.

After they received my deposit, the communication stopped. After 2 months of calls and emails, I was finally able to speak to someone (who shall remain nameless at the moment) who finally gave me an installation date for March 2026. The installation guy finally came by, but brought the wrong materials. So at this time, that's it! My wife said "she's over it and wanted to cancel. After several more attempted phone calls, my sales rep (D.D.)called me back and I explained to him our frustration and that we no longer wanted the service. This guy would not take no for an answer and kept trying to upscale me and avoid answering any questions about when I could expect a refund of my deposit. Extremely frustrated at this point, I start replying to emails that were sent to me back in December of 2025 and a young lady called pretty much doing the same thing. She gave me an email address to contact "The Refund Department." Of course the email address was fake. So another dead end of course. Now no one is calling me back or responding to my emails. My next move is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want to see if they ignore them too. Moral of this story, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIARS AND CHEATS. ...To be continued.
