Came to try the ramen and, honestly, it was just okay. The ramen was missing a bit of flavor and came across as way too bland for my taste. On the bright side, the service was quick, which I really appreciated. I also thought the buzzer system was a very unique touch--it made it easy to get help whenever we needed it without having to flag someone down. The restaurant is located in a shopping center, which makes it convenient if you're already in the area. The vibe was cool and a lot of people where there, meaning that they have a good following

I ordered the kimchi spam and butter garlic salmon onigiri as well as the curry ramen. Everything was absolutely mouthwatering and the chicken in the ramen was very tender and flavorful. Portion sizes were great and the meal was very satisfying at a reasonable price. We received quick service. The check box menu to order and button to press for service was very convenient.

A little underwhelmed. The ramen was not as flavorful or satisfying as I would have wanted. The prices were actually reasonable. I will try the tonkotsu next time to see if I like it better. The menu is robust eith a variety of options and the staff eas very friendly. Overall it was a bit loud in there but still worth a try!

Friendly staff. Clean interior. Good food selection and quality. Met friends to get ramen in a cold night and we ended up trying several non-ramen dishes as well. The ramen itself was very tasty, but the pork katsu dan I had was a bit bland and I wish the katsu would have retained some of the crispiness. All staff members were super friendly and attentive. They give you two buttons to quickly notify staff if you need anything, which is a smart addition.

Lunch special feat 2 regular rolls and tonkatsu ramen.

I came here on a weekday for their lunch specials. We got 2 lunch specials one with 2 regular rolls and another special with tonkatsu ramen and fried rice. The ramen/rice special also came with gyoza and miso soup so it was all well worth the money. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service was quick. I enjoyed the California roll and thought the tuna roll was just okay. The tonkatsu ramen was a big serving and it had good flavor and portions (noodles, meat). The fried rice was a little too salty for my liking but it still had good flavor. Overall it was a nice experience. Quick service. Good prices and good food.

Love this place! Workers are friendly and the place is clean. The black garlic tonkatsu ramen is delicious and so comforting! Perfectly balanced without being too salty. Personally, you could skip the onigiri. The rice to filling ratio was subpar. Overall, I'd definitely come back for any of their lunch specials or ramen!

It was a cold Friday night and for dinner we decided ramen. Something to warm us up. It was delicious black garlic, spicy chicken and soyu all delicious. Love their chili paste or oil. Nice creamy hint of sweet soup base. Definitely big portions worth the money. My daughter also got the tuna norgi it was huge and pork gyoza ad an app. Service was great it was a little wait but not long so we went next door to snowl for boba. Great ambience. Definitely will return for the great food and service

Katsu Ramen is always so yummy, probably some of the best ramen in CO I've tried. Service is fast and easy with the call buttons on each table. The vibe is very desirable for people who like anime, but you don't have to be a fan to recognize good food!

This a great Ramen Restaurant. I ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, the flavor and portion size was outstanding. The service was impeccable, three different employees came by to make sure I had everything I needed. The prices at this restaurant are very affordable. I will definitely dine here again.

Sometimes you just need a comfort meal of Ramen after a long day at work and a chilly night. This place is recommended to me and I'm pretty glad they did. The service was a bit slow, but they were also really busy. I decided on the peach Soju and the spicy chicken Ramen. They sold you was good, but it could've been better. Had it have been a little bit more tart. The Ramen was really good. There was a lot of big bold flavors, but also I feel as though it could've been a little bit more on the savory side seeing as it was a little on the sweet side. The spice was nice. I wouldn't have mind something a little bit more puncher though, personal preference. I could see myself going back

Decent size portions and such comforting food. Love that's it's the type of restaurant that has buttons to ask for the waiter.

I've never really been into curry. Every time I tried it before, it just didn't hit the mark. That changed when I discovered Japanese curry, and Katsu Ramen reminded me exactly why I've grown to love it. The Katsu Curry is the real standout. The sauce is rich and flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and it comes with a generous portion of rice. You can choose between chicken or pork katsu. I went with the chicken, and even though it's made with chicken breast, it was juicy, crispy, and perfectly cooked. We also tried the onigiri (tuna mayo and BBQ beef), which were both delicious, and the gyoza, which was fresh, pan-seared, and full of flavor. Everything tasted homemade and came out hot. We did try the Tonkotsu Ramen too. It was solid and clearly made with care, but it's the curry that really stole the show for us. The restaurant is small, but the staff is friendly and incredibly attentive. The food came out fast, and we were in and out in under an hour. We've already been back twice within one week, which probably says more than anything else. If you haven't tried Japanese curry before, this is the place to start.

Ask the Community - Katsu Ramen

    Do they have vegetarian ramen?

Yes! One dish I got is vegetarian. It was incredible. There is tofu in it and you just have to ask if you want it made spicy. You can also pay to add things in it like an egg.

Do they serve real gluten free dishes?

If they advertise it, most likely they're making a concerted effort. However, in Japan its very rare that any restaurant caters to any diets.

All the staff was friendly and professional, seemed to actually enjoy being at work which doesn't happen frequently on the restaurant business. Once the food came out, I was impressed. But I gave Los Dos another chance, and I was really glad I did. What won me over was that the menu went beyond the usual Colorado Mexican restaurant combination plates. There were interesting, more traditional dishes, generous portions, good margaritas, and food that made Los Dos worth coming back to. The carne en su jugo was a particular favorite and one of the things I looked forward to ordering. The crispy chicharrón burrito was another standout: big, meaty pieces of crispy pork with a milder green chile that worked beautifully. There were also several more interesting taco options that gave you choices beyond the usual suspects. Unfortunately, the carne en su jugo is gone. The crispy chicharrón preparations are gone, with chicharrón apparently surviving only in a single dish served in salsa verde. Several of the taco options are gone as well. Taken together, it feels like much of what made the old menu interesting has been replaced by safer, more pedestrian, gringo-friendly fare. This visit I ended up with a combination of a soft relleno, bean and cheese burrito, and chicken enchilada. Everything was perfectly edible, but pretty forgettable. The soft chile relleno was decent, although a little greasy. What's frustrating is that Los Dos had won me over precisely because it offered more than the standard Mexican-American restaurant menu. The new menu feels smaller, safer, and considerably less distinctive. I really hope this is temporary and that some of those more interesting dishes eventually make their way back.
