The spread! Ramen broth comes separate so no soggy noodles. Edamame, Seaweed Salad, Shiitake Mushroom Bun sides^

I feel like I can only give four stars because my friend didn't enjoy what she had but that said - my experience with the food here was great!! I got it via Uber eats during a heavy snowstorm so I can't comment on service or ambiance, but my friend who was on a diet found something she could eat here and the pics looked good to me so we went for it. I ordered a bowl of ramen, and she got a bowl as well but with zucchini noodles and tofu (essentially vegan+ diet). We also got some spiced edamame, seaweed salad, and mushroom bao buns. I greatly enjoyed everything I had, especially the flavorful ramen broth - and I was particularly impressed with the portions (huge!)! Between those three sides and our two bowls of ramen I think the total was about $60, and we had leftovers from everything (except the bao, we ate those immediately). With the tip for Uber I think we spent about $80, so not bad for a dinner feast of champions! Like I said I don't have anything to compare it to, but if I were in Denver again and craving ramen, I would certainly consider coming here as a knee jerk reaction unless I found something else interesting to try.

Delicious and for a good price. Especially love the low carb options like the konjac and zucchini noodles which I'll try next time. The unagi bowl and the shrimp tempura bowl will always be my favorite. The employees are nice and quick, and hard-working. Just watch out, it tends to fill up with East High students during lunchtime.

In the middle of an icy cold snowy day, what more could warm the heart up than a delicious bowl of ramen! We found this place to warm ourselves up for lunch and discovered a simple and delicious ramen place in the heart of Denver. Hidden away amongst a handful of shops, this place was simple and small but not overwhelmingly busy. Their menu is large and covers both poke and ramen; even letting you build your own poke bowl with an enormous amount of options. We got the chicken ramen and the ton katsu ramen, both absolutely delicious. This bowl is large for the low price and worth every sip. The service is fast at turning around the food too. If you are in need of some delicious ramen that really hits the spot check this place out!

I exclusively go to Asuka Ramen for their pork belly buns. They are delicious and I am never not satisfied with the buns. I do want to try the other buns that they offer. The rest of the food they offer is just OK. The Ramen isn't anything special, the broth isn't very rich or savory. It seems like a higher end version of Ramen that you can buy from the grocery store from the package. The rice bowls are OK as well nothing that you couldn't just make at home. Takoyaki is one of my favorite Japanese street foods and the Takoyaki that I ordered from Asuka to-go was burnt and seemed to be rushed. The Takoyaki was over price compared to other Takoyaki that I have bought from two other restaurants in Denver that taste and look way better. The shrimp tempura was good and I like the sauce that comes with it. The restaurant is clean and has a few tables to sit at. It can get filled quickly on a busy afternoon or evening. The menu is easy to order from and is digitalized. I will continue to order the pork belly buns and try the other buns but nothing else from here.

    Exterior is cute and inviting.

For quick Japanese, heck yeah! The workers work hard and we're very helpful. All of us enjoyed our meals which is rare. Usually someone has a dish which is off, but not this time! Loved it all! Ramen, poke, gyoza, and noodles. It's all fresh and came out quickly. You can even customize your poke bowls. My son had a lot of rice left over, and we ordered more meat and cucumbers for it, they were very generous. The atmosphere is very clean as well.

People are constantly in and out here with takeout orders, so you know this place is good! This place has a wonderful selection of ramen options, and one thing we really appreciated was that they have plenty of options with chicken-based broth. Many places have pork-based broths which my husband can't eat, so our options are usually limited. Not here! We tried the shoyu ramen and the chicken paitan ramen and finished every bite. The perfect place to drop by on a chilly day!

AMAZING ramen spot!!! Found this place on a whim, on a snow day. No wait at all on a Friday night, friendly staff. Ramen was delicious and so was the Thai iced tea. Small restaurant but cozy and great music playing. Can't wait to come back and try more!

I just went there before they closed and was excited to get poke. I got a build your own bowl with all non-spicy ingredients and ponzu sauce. I got home and the very first bite i get is extremely spicy, and starts burning my nose! I tried a few more bites, but it was too spicy and i couldn't eat it. Waste of $20. Not sure if they messed up what i ordered or what, but im extremely disappointed. Waste of money.

I ordered delivery of Asuka build your own bowl. Fresh fish, and yummy eels. It's a decent portion and I liked it a lot. Healthy and delicious. Great for summer nights

I feel like I have been on the hunt to find good ramen in Denver and it has been kinda tough. Asuka really delivered on their ramen. My husband ate in-person and then ordered my ramen to-go to bring home. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and he ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. There could be a few more vegetables in the mix, but overall the flavor was great. The pork broth was incredibly rich and the actual pork belly had the most flavor our of any pork belly I have had in a long time. Like a melt in your mouth type of thing. The poached egg was perfectly cooked and the portion size was large. I ate half in the moment and the other half for lunch the next day!

This is an excellent find. I'm very happy with their Ramen and their Bao Bun seem to me is on steroids. It comes in two pieces per order. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. After eating the Bao Buns my Sukiyaki Ramen had to be boxed and taken home. The ramen is no slouch either. The broth is rich and do good. The perfectly poached egg floats like a bright yellow flower. But to me the star of our visit was the Bao Buns! It's stamped with their business name! How cool is that. Colfax never ceases to surprise me. Now I'm adding this place to my fave Colfax eats!

Reservations are strongly suggested and well worth the wait. Crazy combinations, flavor bombs throughout and a culinary delight you won't regret. Tonight, we sat at the bar and watched the magic happen. These guys are cranking out amazing and delectable treats you won't forget. The Uncle salad was a great starter with charred cabbage, lemongrass, mint, cilantro, arugula, and peanuts lightly coated in a Thai coconut dressing. A slight burn only leaving you to crave just one more bite, ha! The fried soft shell crab in a bao bun with green papayo slaw, coconut mayo and cilantro nam prik was sweet, perfect crunch and memorable. Two for two with one dish left. The cold spicy sesame noodles with seasoned chicken, granny Smith apple slivers, arugula, cashews and nanami togorashi, a perfect closing dish for an exceptional meal. The service, food quality, flavors and preformance from the bar seats were second to none. The concept, portion size, flavor and cost were a real treat in the big city food scene of Denver. If you haven't been here yet, get to the internet and book a table, I promise you won't regret it. To the staff, chefs, and all members of Uncle, thank you for a surprising and incredibly great meal, we will return on our future trips to Denver.
