Just don't stand or sit too close to the screen as it can get dizzy ‍. Ordered 3 drinks at 75% sweet level (based on Yelp reviews' recommendation) and they are yummy. I'm definitely a fan. A little pricey but good. I've been waiting for a higher quality tea spot here in west Fullerton and it arrived! There's a lot of options from your fruity teas to your normal milk teas. Every drink I've tried have been pretty flavorful. (I'm quite particular about the strength of the tea itself as some establishments either taste like all milk or all water)... but it's well done here. Overall I think there is something here for everyone. My only con is I wish there was at least a small selection of hot teas! It's winter and I can't find any good hot teas anywhere. In all honesty, I came here to see the Samurai Warrior. It couldn't hurt to try a couple of drinks either. The process for ordering is pretty self explanatory once you walk-in, or is it? On the big screen wall, you'll see a swirling golden dragon, then the drink menu. Use the device to place your order and pay. Wait for your drinks to be made, and order to be called. No seats for chillin' with your beverages, just a bench next to the Samurai guy. We ordered a Ronin Matcha & Taro Sugar. Both drinks were 5/5. The taro drink has tiny morsels of taro inside, so that surprised me in a good way. No one greeted us upon entering, but that's okay, I saw the employee was busy crafting the drinks. This place is hidden next to albertson's In the Amerige plaza. You can order online or on their in store kiosk. I tried their Kuro milk tea and got it 75% sweet which is a stronger black tea . I usually don't like my drinks too sweet and 75% was perfect for me. I would have given this place more stars, but the service was horrible. When I asked questions since it was my first time here, I was met with short answers and then the worker just walked away. She was super rude and ruined my experience here. read more

Really glad that I gave this place a try. I got the ronin matcha and I would give it a 9/10. The strawberry really fit with the whole drink and complemented the matcha flavor. The boba was also really fresh and chewy. Only thing that I think could be improved a little is that the matcha flavor was a bit too light for my liking. Overall I really enjoyed the drink! The concept is pretty cool! The problem here is the taste. The drink was fine but the boba was not good at all, especially in an area with an abundance of boba shops. It was way too hard. Another thing that really bothered me is that you have to scan the QR code to even get the menu IN THE STORE! Lol They do have a whole wall of monitors, but it is super pixelated and it moves so quickly you can't really read anything... Would I come here again? ITS SOO GOOOOD this is my favorite place to get boba w my friends when we hangout !! like i go or order katsubo online multiple times a week and my friend goes LITERALLY EVERYDAY LOL and we've been doing this for the past 2 months since we found this place. it was life changing (*´`*) our favorite is their signature Green Tea Aichi Crumble which is like a matcha oreo crumble drink w creme brulee pudding and its so addicting :,) the interior is really cool with a huge screen displaying all of their drinks and there's a kiosk for you to order drinks by yourself which helps especially when u don't really feel like socializing. they also always have raffles or events going on which is really nice of them and the workers are kind as well !! they probably recognize me and my friend after us coming in everyday haha :,) but 12/10 i recommend and definitely try their signature drinks!! So glad I found this place next to my house. The people there are so nice and I absolutely love their Thai tea. I got it with 120% sweetness. I love mine really sweet and also a little bit of extra ice because they use a really small pieces! Mahee that works here has a very friendly customer service. Decided to try this place after work and it was alright. It was pretty hot inside, but I was in and out of there pretty quick. They also don't have physical menus; they have 2 kiosks where you can order but they also do take cash. Customer service was alright, definitely could be better. The girl wasn't too friendly but wasn't rude. Just alright. She definitely doesn't want to be there though, lol. I got the Strawberry Zen with Large Boba at 100% sweetness. It was $6.65. Pretty pricey to be honest. The size of the drink is pretty large. I do appreciate that they do put a lot of boba. The girl said Honey Boba is cooked in honey while Large Boba is cooked in brown sugar. The drink itself is pretty tasty but nothing crazy. Definitely had better, but the foam is an interesting addition to a strawberry smoothie. If you like a more true fruit taste I would recommend this drink. The boba is also well cooked, tasty, and chewy. Huge plus since a lot of boba places have terrible boba textures and taste. No complaints about this place or its drink. I'll probably be coming back. This place was mid. Went here on a Saturday afternoon and as we walked in, we were blinded. They have a gigantic menu displayed on a LCD screen. However, I wouldn't stare straight at it as you could burn your retinas. You order on the standard kiosks and the options are overwhelming. They recommend getting 100% sugar and we thought we were too good for that. Unfortunately, they were right. Our grapefruit fruit tea and cheese foam jasmine were definitely lacking in sugar, even at our typical 50% with boba. Because we failed to follow their recommendation, we will probably come back to give it another shot (probably at 75%). Out of the 3 drinks that we ordered (grapefruit green tea, cheese foam jasmine, orange yakult) we would definitely get tje orange yakult again. Horrible service. I already ordered small boba with my order but the small bobas were not cooked. They were extremely hard inside. Even the employee said it was probably old boba that's why it was hard. She changed out the boba for me but instead of making a new drink she gave me my old one and tried to fish out all the small boba. There were still many small hard boba inside so I told her and she fished them out again. In the end she returned my drink with it almost 1/4 empty. Considering their slogan is to SERVE AND HONOR, they are doing the opposite of that. I wouldn't come here expecting great service. The drink is extremely sweet and contains no tea flavor. I got the Four Seasons (a white tea) milk tea, which I think is my new favorite tea base, with 75% sweetness, large boba, regular ice, and creme brûlée pudding (I thought I would get something I don't often see as a topping). I am so happy with this drink! Service was fast and easy, I ordered on a kiosk and the drink was called out within 5 minutes! When I mixed in the pudding and boba, the drink was super sweet (which is what I wanted, but next time I should probably get 50% or 25% sweet or not get the creme brûlée pudding, to limit myself to a more reasonable sugar intake). The boba was perfectly chewy, on the softer side, which is what I prefer, with good flavor, and there was a generous amount. The creme brûlée made the milk tea taste like vanilla ice cream and caramel were mixed in. Soooo good. Thank you for a nice dessert stop! The shop is small but very cozy with a few seating options. Side note: I was happy to hear Now or Never from High School Musical 3 playing over the speakers when I walked in. It warmed my gen z heart. This place deserves more than 5 stars! This is my go to boba stop when I'm in Orange County. Not only are the sinks delicious but you can adjust the sweetness level of them which is perfect for my son! I also love that they are the only boba shops that I have found that carries mini bobas. Came here around closing when they first opened, so the place was still slightly under construction. They're best known for layered drinks with cheese foam (similar to a lot of other trendy boba shops these days). Unfortunately most of their drinks contain real dairy and they don't really have milk alternatives. As a result, I tried the four seasons with lime because it's my favorite drink at a really popular shop in South OC, but unfortunately it fell flat in comparison. The drink was much more tart here and the employee even admitted they just mix some limeade with tea.
