Went because my sister wanted a boba drink.. she REALLY liked the boba BUT she wasn't a fan of the drink. She got a Thai Tea, I got a Strawberry Mango slush. My slush tasted off, like it had perfume residue in it or something, not a fan. We both didn't finish our drinks. The lighting was dem and intimate but wasn't an intimate setting. The establishment was clean. The table rocked, bad. Wasn't a fan.

Best Korean boba café ever! Such a nice spot to sit down and enjoy a casual sip of boba with some tasty food. I ordered the mango smoothie, recommended by a super cool staff member, and it was bomb--creamy, fresh, and hydrating! I paired it with the popcorn chicken, and honestly, it was the best decision of my life--crispy, crunchy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The process is simple: order at the counter, pay, grab a comfy seat, and they'll bring your food and drinks right to you. The place is super clean, comfortable, and has a great vibe. 10/10, 5 stars! Highly recommend if you're looking to chill and enjoy some amazing boba and bites.

    Donkatsu - pork cutlet

Good food at good prices & friendly service by young people. Recently found out this place existed from a friend who lives in Fullerton. Hubby enjoyed the donkatsu & said the pork was moist & juicy. A lot of places make the pork cutlet too thin & dry but not this place. Spicy noodle was a bit too spicy for me so request it to be made milder if you can't handle spicy like me... we ordered the Boong-uh-pang as dessert. The batter was good & one was big enough for one person to enjoy. They have nuttela, custard & redbean with walnut fillings to choose from. We are already planning our next visit and what we will order. A lot of older korean ladies & some young people were dining in too. Definitely worth a visit. The store is in a small strip mall that looks dated. Inside decor was cute & clean. There was sewer smell outside & it looked like Little Cesar may have had some plumbing issues that day. Plenty of parking & tables inside. The store faces Brookhurst.

jolmyeon, rosé tteokboki, beef & spicy fish cake kimbab, donkatsu

Such a cute/vintage korean bunshik restaurant, definitely reminds me of small homey restaurants in korea. Food was really good, we ordered the jolmyeon, rosé tteokboki, 2 kimbabs and the donkatsu and the sweet potato fries! service was very quick, efficient, and attentive. Would recommend & come again!

One of the best boba places in my go-to list - I've been going to BobaYolo for almost three years now and both their drinks and food are BOMB! Food has big portions and big flavors my favorites for food are the bacon kimbap, donkatsu, and jjolmyun. This time around I got their spicy rice cakes though (tteokbokki), overall experience was excellent! Service was quick, and had a very casual after school or work type of vibe to it. I'll come back again and again :)

I opened this up after 5 mins in the car, It was undercooked, and so soggy.Horrible. And they never answer the phone! 9-26-25@2:46pm

I opened this up after 5mins in the car, it was undercooked, and so soggy. Horrible and disappointed. And they never answer the phone. I reported this issue the next day by phone. They listened carefully and resolved it well. They were attentive to customer feedback and handled the situation effectively, so I was satisfied.

Black Milk Tea with Boba Iced

First time visiting and ordered the black milk tea iced with boba. Paid $5.00 for the boba drink and it tasted more like a iced sugary drink and very bland taste. Disappointed and I will not get boba here next time. How can you go wrong with a regular iced milk tea with boba?! I came by and ordered in at a busy lunch time with customers dining in and the drink came out fast. However they also have a Korean food menu, which I will consider to try next time if I do come back to help support small businesses. 3 stars for the friendly staff and customer service.

Located in a shopping plaza and nestled in between many different shops, boba yolo can easily be spotted by their signage that makes them stick out a bit more than other shops. The menu here is a fairly comprehensive menu that includes more than just boba, but food as well. The employees looked more bothered having to help someone than anything. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba. The boba was older and a bit more chewy than enjoyable. The milk tea itself was really good.

Beef and spicy fish cake kimbap

WOW, I'm so happy I found this little spot! It exceeded my expectations !!! My coworkers and I tried this place out and were in delight of their food. The service was great, the workers were welcoming as well! We got a beef bulgogi plate, kimbap spicy fish cake and kimbap beef. I also got a taro smoothie with boba, best taro smoothie ive ever tasted. The food was OUTSTANDING, especially the fish cake kimbap. Will be coming back for more, totally recommend to come and try this place out.

Do not order bingsu here. There is no topping at all. Just ice and red beans for $15 is not worth it.

I sat at the one available table and savored both items. The Biscoff latte was iced, with just enough ice to make it cold. I appreciate that they didn't overdo the ice like most coffee places. The flavor of cookie butter was vivid, sweet, and delicious. The cream top and crumbles of Biscoff added to the visual appeal. The lemon bar was slightly sweet and citrusy, with a tasty thin outer crust, the top of which was sprinkled with powdered sugar. For me, this was a perfect lemon bar in every way. Inside Vivot, it's giving "finals week survival zone" with students glued to laptops, one brave employee running the entire operation, and a self-order kiosk doing its best emotional support role. We kept our Matcha Latte classy, 25% sweetness with oat milk to really interrogate the matcha and honestly it passed the vibe check!! Smooth, solid, and worth the parking gymnastics. I had ordered a milk tea and their Thai tea and was super disappointed with the flavor it was complete milk unfortunately and no sweeteners despite us having the 100% sweetener option. The drinks came out very far from each other time wise as well which isn't a super big issue but it's noticeable and could be an issue for bigger orders. Super busy somehow so we didn't want to burden the worker while the store had a rush. Other than that the place gave me a very pretentious vibe. I'm all for starting a business you're passionate about but it's hard to see what's different about THIS cafe in a world full of other businesses claiming to be different that's serving the same items (matcha specifically). Not to say that there's not bad matcha or coffee out there, there is. Seems like the type of cafe people go to take a picture of their drinks and pretend like they're connoisseurs and pretend that it's "different" than whatever else is out there and sit and pretend to study on their laptop (even though it's the loudest and crowded place in the world in there). Seeing that the place opened recently, it's very hard to believe this isn't some type of money grab for a younger audience to serve trendy drinks. Or at the very least, a very expensive passion project for the owner. Overall just more focused on aesthetics more than anything.

I legit am on my third day (in a row..don't judge me) of stopping by to order the pineapple Alice. I love me some pineapple & coconut any day, so this drink was a winning combo for me. In a nutshell, it's Greek yogurt blended with fresh pineapple, and topped with their house-made coconut whip. First time I got 50% sweetness level, which is good, but being a fruity smoothie, I would have preferred it a lil sweeter, thus 2nd & 3rd time around, I learned my lesson and got 80%..and it was perfect! Trust..it wasn't overly sweet at all. It was dreamy heaven. I happened to be in the area, getting a tattoo and wanted to refuel before I trekked the trafficky drive home to Irvine (UGH..at 2:30 pm on a Wednesday, no less). Super thankful, I discovered this new looking Brea location (on State College Blvd ~ right near the freeway entrance) and it didn't have a crazy wait/line. The store was clean, w/ minimalistic neutral decor..loved the chill aesthetic vibe. The cute wooden pillars as you enter was interesting, but caught me a bit off-guard, as it was right in front of the pick-up area. You have to explore further inside the store to the order line. Service was great and efficient. OMOMO is highly recommended by this RxFoodie (and my 2nd fav boba shoppe in OC still), so def go check it out and become addicted like ME!

As for ambiance it was empty and had no customers. There were no tables to sit and enjoy your drink. So I think people prefer to go to other boba shops that offer at least a small seating area with a table. That was disappointing to see when I walked in. As for flavor... my drink tasted powdery and warm. The boba pearls were a bit stale. I wont be coming back. There are plenty of other boba locations that offer much higher quality drinks and the price point is exactly the same. Overall I'll give a 2/5 star for cleanliness and because the customer service was good.
