The place itself was very clean, and the staff are helpful when ordering or they double check if there is an issue with your order. The quality is so much better and smoother than some other places in the area, and I appreciate how customizable the sugar, ice, and toppings are. Would definitely return! I love this location in Fullerton! Jessica's service is amazing she's super friendly, attentive, and makes the whole experience even better. The drinks are really yummy; I got the roasted oolong macchiato with QQube and it was so good. Their new QQube topping is a must-try great texture, chewy like mochi boba, and feels like mochi boba. The store has plenty of seating with a nice, comfortable atmosphere, which makes it a great spot to hang out. Plus, the drinks come out really fast. This location is right next to LL Hawaiian BBQ. We visited Wushiland while we waited for our food to be ready. The ambiance is nice and quiet, there's only 1 employees who cashiers and makes the drinks. I asked which Macha drink she recommended, she was nice but couldn't really suggest what to order as she hadn't tried the Macha drinks. Ended up ordering the ice cream Macha it was good, but I thought it was gonna be a mix of Macha and ice cream but it was just the a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the drink. Not what I expected but it wasn't bad. My coekwrker orders a drink as well, he liked it but said it was too sweet with 80% sweetness. So if you don't like top sweet go 50%. 4 stars because the cashier couldn't recommend me a drink, and the sweetness on my friends drink felt like 125% not 80%. I was really happy this location had working WIFI and there was indoor seating. I was looking for a place to work and was happy I found a Wushiland very close to Cal State Fullerton. The parking lot is small but I was able to secure a spot. College hasn't started yet so the store was empty when I was there around 2pm. Service was excellent and the shop was mostly clean. What stands out to me about Wushiland is their mini bobas. I was very much looking forward to eating them. I was looking forward to the soft, chewy mini bobas bursting in my mouth. Wushiland is actually a really affordable boba spot compared to other boba places! The drinks only come in 1 size cup (whereas other places this is usually considered large). I like that you can opt for more, normal or less toppings (less topping = slightly less cost). I prefer small boba over normal ones but got both to compare. Unfortunately small boba was too mushy :( Big boba was chewy but slightly hard in the center. Drinks were ready fairly quick though, sweetness level is accurate, and good tea taste! First time at Wushiland Boba. When I entered, I was disappointed to see none of the staff greeting customers. I didn't know how to order and wanted to hear about recommendations to any fun drinks. I looked around and generally made my way to the self service kiosk and ordered my drinks. I tried the Yakult Orange and Grapefruit with Mini pearls and Boba. This was my first time visiting this specific Wushiland location and I'm glad I was finally able to stop by. It's not too big inside but they have seating along the wall with three tables. There's also two tables outside the store that are reserved for Wushiland customers if you prefer to hang out outside. They offer 2 kiosks to order at but I believe you can also order with a cashier. I think most orders are taken through the self-order kiosk so you don't get much interaction with the staff, but service is very efficient and staff seem friendly. I ordered roasted oolong milk tea. The tea was sweet and definitely had the roasted nutty flavor but it wasn't as strong as I hoped. I would probably opt for 50% sweetness next time (I ordered 75% sweetness) to get a stronger tea flavor. The boba is also nice and chewy. As much as I like boba, I ordered my drink with less boba since they are generous with it and usually give so much (I think they would fill up half the cup with boba). I would recommend doing so if you want more of a balance between the drink itself and the boba. Overall, drinks are solid and prices are super fair. I would come back! read more

It was decently crowded. I liked that they had self-serve kiosks. They had a lot of options but not as many as other local spots. However, their prices were good. I got the Green Tea Machiatto and my friend got one of their many brown sugar drinks. The total came out to around 12 dollars. I thought my drink was a good sweetness (I put 70%) and my friend really liked his. I think for more basic/iconic boba drinks, this is a good spot to go to. I hadn't had this in so long but have only been here twice! I got the brown sugar oolong milk tea with oat milk substitute and boba! They add lots of boba which was yummy and a plus! The employee that helped me at the time (8pm on 7/11/24) did an amazing job answering my questions and was apologetic when it took awhile to refill the receipt paper (he didn't need to, though, technological issues happen all the time)! The ambiance of the store was really nice -- a great casual place to hang out with friends. There are ordering kiosks if there's a big line at the cash register, and there is seating inside and outside. My only gripe is that the cups are a bit flimsy. I lightly squeezed the cup just to make sure it didn't fall out of my hand while I grabbed my car keys, and it ended up squeezing some of the boba tea out onto my shirt. It wasn't a huge issue but it was hard getting the tea stain out, so just be careful with the cups! The drink, itself, was also good but I feel as though my drink wasn't at 100% sweetness. I finally made it here. 1st time having Wushiland Boba. Came on a Saturday afternoon w my kids 07.13.24 What we ordered ~ Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. Good aroma of the roasted oolong. I was very excited to hear they opened a location in fullerton! The parking lot of this location is a bit small because it has so many restaurants there but we were able to get parking within the first 5 minutes. This store was very clean and there weren't a lot of people inside. They had Kiosk to order and they also had a employee taking orders. As for the drinks they were good per usual. I got the Honey Lemon Black tea. The only thing I would change would probably be to ask for more lemon. One of the staff members told me it wasn't "shaken" all the way and told me to shake it through. Flavor was decent, though I felt like there was more taste of "milk" compared to the tea.
