This should be illegal. I understand the changes in new laws are confusing for all, but that does not prevent a listing agent from showing their own property when a buyer is already represented! Then to lie about a subject matter that was NEVER brought up or discussed makes matters worse. As a buyer who already jumped through all the hoops of having an agent and getting pre-Qualified is it the WORST feeling!
