I was given her name and information from my best friend who raved about her services. So I was looking forward to giving her my business as well as the business of our company. But sadly, we just could not make things happen. I reached out to her via the number I was given (which might not have been her business number) either way, when she answered I told her who I was and how I was referred. I explained to her that I had a very simple sympathy bouquet order that I wanted to have delivered in the Houston area. She said it would not be a problem and that there was NO MINIMUM for delivery. I told her that I would gather the rest of the order details and would be calling her back shortly. Since it was close to the end of the business day, I figured I'd call her back first thing in the morning. So I called and left her a very detailed message. And I never got a callback, so I texted her and never got a reply. When I spoke to my best friend who referred me, he said he would reach out to her and ask what had happened. He then called me to inform me that she told him that she wasn't worried about working on my order since it was ONLY an $85+ order that was going to be placed and that she didn't have time to work on an order that small. WOW! Well, there goes handing her the COMPANY orders! Which just so you know, was going to be to have fresh flowers in our lobby every week and fresh flowers delivered to each employee for various awards on different occasions. This COULD have been a honey pot of business for her, but OH WELL. Perhaps I'll give the business to someone interested in WORKING all orders!

I saw a few but the website for Kay-tee florists was so easy to navigate that I decided to just go with them. They had beautiful arrangements and non of them could be considered cheap! They go from $40 to as high as $209!! Yeah, I know, flowers are expensive!! I chose the arrangement I wanted, but instead of ordering on line I called. I just didn't want any issues it being mother's day on Sunday and all. The lady who picked up was very nice and took my order. She informed me that delivery costs $13.50 and that taxes were not included either, I guess it was to be expected. I paid a pretty penny for my mom's flowers, but they were delivered that Saturday, early in the morning. They looked a little small, but were indeed very beautiful. She loved them, but then again.. she's a mom.. they are supposed to love everything!!! Overall, very good experience. I may use them again, but since my mom is so close by.. I may just go pick up the flowers at the store and spend a little more on the actual arrangement!
