Lack of transparency and follow-up on payment information -- I've requested copies of the payment forms I signed eight times (once in person, multiple times by email, phone, and voicemail). Despite this, I've still not received any documentation or clear communication around fees--for orthodontic and dental work. 2. Delayed and dismissive handling of records -- After my initial visit with Dr. To, I waited nearly two weeks for answers to my follow up questions, and then decided to request my dental records so I could transition to a new provider. When I followed up today, I was asked to "be patient and wait a few weeks." This felt dismissive, especially given I am in pain and actively seeking timely care. Given the premium pricing and the promise of a holistic, patient-centered approach, I expected a higher level of service, compassion, and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling disregarded, disappointed, and disheartened. If the practice is open to making this right, I would be willing to discuss further. Veronica answered, took my mothers information and stated she would call back. She did. I was able to connect Veronica, my mother and I on a conference call while we set up her next appointment which we were offered two options all within 48 hours. Veronica was very patient, kind and professional. My mother was able to see Dr.Ruiz within a couple of days and she was pleased with the care.
