Dr Ho and the hygienist (I wish I remembered her name) eased my concerns and took time to explain to me that it was a very inaccurate diagnosis and why it was. Everyone here was so kind, including the front desk, and shout out to Anthony, who helped me schedule an appointment and provided me with insurance knowledge. We finally get in and the New doctor seems money hungry. Before we even get our cleaning she is telling us what work my daughter needs done. I wish the dentist had better people skills. I called for weeks and emailed asking for a price for the work they wanted done. No one would return my calls or emails. No work was done because no one would ever call me back. Fast forward, we are moving my daughter to my current dentist and my current dentist who I have gone to for 15 years called me saying Silver Ranch refuses to call back and give records. We laughed. The main reason we are leaving is because they won't call me back. I call Silver Ranch and surprise surprise the computer is down again. Last time we had an appointment the computer was down. Oh and to top things, they stole my money. The first time my daughter had a cavity fixed, they charged us for nitrous that we did not use. They never refunded it. The client, who has no dental training, ultimately has to decide whether to accept the treatment. After speaking to the DMO insurance company about the treatment I was informed by the DMO that I was misled about the purpose of the treatment. I tried to negotiate with the staff and office manager to get the cost of the treatment back. The office manager took my call and told me that I approved the charge at time of service. This is true. I did approve a misrepresented treatment and its charge. I was also told she would talk to the owner dentist about my claim. This never happened. Then, by email, I asked to talk to the owner dentist and I even offered to pay part of the charge as a compromise. The office manager never responded to me on two separate email attempts. I consider these business practices unscrupulous and poor customer service overall. Ghosting customers may be the social trend, but it's very poor customer service! Fulshear Modern Dentistry seems to overlooking all the choices their customers have for dental care in the area. The situation/charge above was in dispute with my credit card company initiated by me. This dispute was unanswered by the office manager. However, my bill is paid in full even though I was unable to work something out with the office manager due to her lack of response.

The dentist drilled my tooth for literally an hour and a half (I chose no Novocain)! While performing the filling she was very rough and said well you wouldn't feel it if you had the Novocaine. It was as if she trying to break me down and submit to the novocaine. It was beyond ridiculous! I have never had a dentist treat me that way. The side of mouth has an open sore and oozing where her equipment and hands pulled on the side of mouth. I also have sores on my lips from having the metal equipment against my lips for so long. I finally had to tell her stop and that I was done! She walked me the front and did not say a word! Very inexperienced & unprofessional. Cross Creek was assigned as my preferred dentist by my network, and I am SO GLAD THEY WERE! I have extreme dental anxiety after some previous experiences in other dental offices and a traumatic dental accident a few years back. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so cared for! The front staff was extremely kind and quick. I waited under 5 minutes for my appointment time -- I felt they were so efficient at every step. The dental assistant who took my x-rays and performed my cleaning was equally as kind. I expressed my concerns with my dental anxiety and let her know I was in tears and on the verge of a panic attack. She did not make feel embarrassed whatsoever. She was extremely calm and accommodating and made me feel very seen and cared for during my panic. She offered to go slower or stopped if needed and made sure to check in throughout to ensure I was ok. I wish I remembered her name because I was so grateful for her ease and calming presence in that moment (other dental offices can be very passive and almost annoyed at this). The cleaning was quick and once I met with the dentist, I had already had a phenomenal experience. The dentist gave me a thorough check and was very communicative the whole way through. He was also calm and collected! I appreciated this visit so much and I plan to continue coming here!!

Dr Artaza worked up a treatment plan covering all my cosmetic concerns and took my schedule & job into account making sure I wouldn't be out of commission for too long during the phases f treatment. Not only have I fallen asleep in the chair during two out of three visits, but I am flying in from the Midwest for treatment & the cost more than is offset by what I am saving, while getting superior care.
