Tricia helped me find my ring and I bought it the first day I entered that building. I needed the custom ring within 10 days and Tricia got it completed and ready in six. I had to purchase another stone (why did I buy it again from them???) to fix. I know things can happen but when you build a ring and I pay for the stones, the least you can do is not have it fall apart. And if it does - stand behind it and make it right.
