The whole team needs a raise, especially Taryn and Alisa deserve one though because they took the most time sorting everything out and helping work through all the hassles of the work flow. Tricia helped me find my ring and I bought it the first day I entered that building. I needed the custom ring within 10 days and Tricia got it completed and ready in six. I picked it up and it looked absolutely beautiful. Update: ended up needing it resized. I left Tricia a voicemail and she got me in the next day to drop it off and they had it ready in five days. TDC would not honor this because it. had been 7 months since I had my ring checked. The ring was just a few years old and I worked in an office. I was not hard on my jewelry. I had to purchase another stone (why did I buy it again from them???) to fix. I know things can happen but when you build a ring and I pay for the stones, the least you can do is not have it fall apart. And if it does - stand behind it and make it right. I had to make a claim on my homeowners who nearly dropped us for such a large claim. I sent a letter to the owner and naturally received zero response. Decided to never go back and we took all our spending elsewhere. We moved our business from TDC to Goodman's where we purchased many new pieces over the years.
